The perfect link between M.2 SSD and heat sink. The heat conduction pads in a
double pack are available in thicknesses of 0.75 mm and 1.75 mm and are
ideally suited for the high-performance sector. With a specific thermal
conductivity of 7.5 W/mK, the waste heat of the M.2 SSD can be efficiently
transferred, thus ensuring an optimal operating temperature of the M.2 SSD.
With 20 x 74 mm, the pads fit the M.2 standard size 22x 80 mm and are
therefore suitable for almost all M.2 SSDs.

Holds together
The two IB-M2TP02-7 thermal pads connect the M.2 SSD and the heat sink
perfectly and are both powerful and durable. With a specific thermal
conductivity of 7.5 W/mK and an operating temperature range of -40°C – 180°C,
all application areas are covered.
Perfectly sized
Most M.2 SSDs that are installed have a size of 22x 80 mm (2280 M.2 SSD). Our
thermal pads with the dimensions 22x 74 mm therefore fit best for the most
common standard size. With IB-M2TP02-7 you also get two different thicknesses:
0.75 mm and 1.75 mm.
Easily installed
Two carrier foils, thumb and index finger. That‘s all it takes to put the
thermal pad in position. This makes installation quick and easy.
