Product Usage Instructions

Flattening and Cleaning Your Desk Pad

1. Stretch your desk pad to flatten it.
2. Roll up the edges in the reverse direction it curls and let it sit for a while.
3. If it still curls, press slightly on the cylinder according to severity.
4. If needed, repeat steps 2 and 3.
5. To clean, use a tissue or towel for coffee, tea, or snack stains. Use a wet towel for oil stains. Do not use caustic cleaning supplies.

Using the Charging Station

1. Connect the USB-C cable to the desk pad.
2. Connect the USB-A end to an adapter and plug into a power source (QC2.0/3.0/PD/AFC adapter recommended).
3. Place a Qi-enabled charging device on the charging area.

Note

• Charging efficiency is affected by the quality of power source, adapter, and charging device.
• Avoid placing foreign objects between the charging station and device.
• Avoid direct sunlight exposure for extended periods.

• Q: What should I do if the indicators do not light up?
  A: Check the power source connection and ensure that the desk pad is properly flattened and clean. If issues persist, contact customer support.

• Q: Can I use any adapter to power the charging station?
  A: It is recommended to use QC2.0/3.0/PD/AFC adapters for optimal charging efficiency. Using lower-quality adapters may slow down charging.

• Q: How do I know if my device is fully charged?
  A: The indicators will remain on even after the device is fully,charged. This is normal operation; charging has stopped.

• Q: Is it safe for the charging station to get war m?
  A: Yes, it is normal for the charging station to warm up during  operation. However, if you notice excessive heat, unplug the deviceand allow it to cool down.

Flatten Your Wireless Charging Desk Pad

Step 1 Stretch Your Desk Pad Roll up the edges in reverse way to thedirection it curls and put it still for a short while Press slightly on the cylinder according to how severe it curls Lay desk pad flat,if it still curls,repeat step 2&3.

Indicators

1. Indicators are on for 2 sec when plugged into power source
2. Indicators are on while charging
3. Indicators show on and off while foreign object like metal,magnetic item,IC chip is detected
4. Indicators are still on when device is fully charged,but charging has actually stopped.

How to clean your desk pad

1. Normally,tissue or towel is enough to clean stains from coffee,tea or snacks.
2. Use wet towel to clean stains from oil or stains that existed for days.
3. The pad will dry in seconds after wiped clean.
4. Do not use caustic cleaning supplies to clean your desk pad.

How to use charging station

1. A59” USB cable comes in the package.Connectthe USBC porttothedesk pad.

1. Actual charging efficiency is based on the quality of power source, adapter and charging device. Power via computer or adapter lower than QC2.0 may slowdown charging.
2. Charging efficiency 75%.It reduces gradually as the distance between charger and charger receiver increases
3. It is normal that charging station gets warm to 95F,please do not worry.
4. Do not place any foreign object between charging station and charging device. Cases that contains metal, such as Pitaka, Evutec,and Spigen QNMP,will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.
5. Avoid direct sunlight for long.
