- Do not collect your sample while menstruating.
- You will collect your sample upon waking, before eating or drinking.
- Freeze your sample before shipping.
- Ship your sample Monday-Thursday.
For international shipments , ship Monday-Wednesday.

Collection Preparation

If you are taking mycophenolate mofetil (CellCept/Mycofortic), check the appropriate box on the requisition form.

Fasting for 12 hours before sample collection may enhance mycotoxin detection and test sensitivity

Complete the barcode sheet from your test kit, affixing a barcode sticker to each sample.
ο Verify that the information is legible and includes the collection date and a matching name for the test order.
ο Samples lacking a complete name and labels will be rejected. -
Avoid taking the following at least three days prior to collection:
ο Do not discontinue any medications or supplements without first consulting your healthcare provider.
Glutathione Charcoal
Bentonite Clay or similar binders
