Product Information
The product in question is the EVO roll cover, designed for use on vehicles. It comes with a locking system and can be opened and closed manually. Warnings:
- Temperatures can be very high under the cover when closed.
- Washing the EVO roll cover in a brushless carwash is not recommended as it may damage the coating due to the use of chemicals.
Conditions of Use:
The EVO roll cover can be used within a temperature range of +50°C to -20°C.
Operation:
To close the EVO roll cover, ensure that the locking system is engaged before
closing it. When fully opened, a lock activator automatically triggers,
engaging the locking system.
Maintenance:
Regular maintenance is necessary to keep the EVO roll cover in good condition.
Here are the recommended maintenance steps:
- Loosen the screw and place it to the side. Use a multi-tool to remove the plastic covers on the side profiles.
- Remove dirt and debris from the roll cover using compressed air.
- Clean the side profiles using compressed air.
- Open the canister and clean it using a vacuum cleaner.
- Clean the drainage channels on the side profiles using water and a sponge.
- Apply a PTFE-free all-conditions wet lube product to the inside of the canister ends after cleaning.
- If abnormal sounds occur during operation, inspect the glide rails for debris or damage. Replace damaged or worn glide rails if necessary.
- Ensure the cross measurements are identical, with a tolerance of +/- 3mm.

cover and the environments and elements it is exposed to. Clean and lubricate
the cover accordingly to ensure the best possible operation and function.

CONDITIONS OF USE
- The Mountain Top EVO roll cover design is lightweight and not suitable for extreme usage.
- Designed to withstand rainwater, some water ingress may occur.
- Dust can enter the compartment through various gaps.
- Profiles that relatively quickly heat up and cool down according to weather conditions can cause condensation on the inside.
- The EVO roll cover is not designed for loading although it can support normal snow loads.
- Goods in the bed must be secured during transportation to prevent damage.
OPERATION EVOm
- Close
- Open
- When the EVOm roll cover is fully opened, a lock activator is automatically triggered, engaging the locking system.
- For the EVOm roll cover to close correctly, the locking system must be engaged before the cover is closed.
MAINTENANCE
- Loosen the screw and place it to the side.
- Use the multi-tool to remove the plastic covers on the side profiles.
- Remove dirt and debris using compressed air.
- Mount plastic covers.
- Clean the side profiles.
- Open the canister.
- Clean the canister.
- Close the canister.
- Clean the drainage channels on the side profiles.
- The EVO roll cover should be cleaned regularly.
- Regularly, and following cleaning, apply a PTFE-free all-conditions wet lube product to the inside of the canister ends.
CHECK GLIDE RAILS MAINTENANCE
- If abnormal sounds occur during the operation of the roll cover, inspect the glide rails for debris or damage. If the glide rails are damaged or worn, then replacement glide rails are needed.
