Always ensure that the product is correctly installed before
attempting any service or repair. Follow these steps for common

  1. Refer to the wiring diagram for DucoBox Energy Comfort (Plus)
    or Premium.

  2. Locate the fan component.

  3. If necessary, replace the fan following the instructions
    provided on page 9.

Check and/or Replace the Temperature Sensor (Error Code

  1. Refer to the electrical diagram for DucoBox Energy Comfort
    (Plus) or Premium.

  2. Identify the temperature sensor.

  3. If needed, replace the temperature sensor as per the guidance
    on page 12.
