Product Usage Instructions
Drill the Mounting Holes
Align the jig to the inside of the door and drill through the identified
holes with a 5mm drill bit, ensuring not to drill into the internal door
frame. Remove the jig and enlarge the holes to 13mm.
Disassemble Door
Remove the door from the vehicle and disassemble to expose inner door
frame. Remove the screw and gold-colored washer shown from inside the frame –
you will reuse the screw but not the washer.
Fit Internal Door Bracket
After removing what is required, lift the frame out and prop up.
Insert the aluminum bracket and steel plate, moving them to align with the
drilled holes. Insert the bolts, leaving them loosely fitted at this time.
Insert Spacers
From the opposite side, insert the two steel spacers into the drilled 13mm
holes, ensuring that they are lined up with the holes of the internal bracket.
Secure Internal Door Bracket
Fully tighten bolts securing the bracket in place.
Reassemble Door and Fit Cab Bracket
Replace the door onto the vehicle, realigning and ensuring it closes and
latches as normal. Once satisfied, fit the internal cab bracket as pictured.
Fit Door Bracket
If not already fitted, bolt on the cab bracket, taking note of the
direction of the bracket.
Fit Gas Strut
Fit the other end of the door gas strut onto the cab bracket as pictured.
Ensure everything is tightened sufficiently.

direction of the bracket; this is important.

Fit the other end of the door gas strut onto cab bracket as pictured.
Ensure everything is tightened sufficiently.
