Drill the Mounting Holes

Disassemble Door
Remove the door from the vehicle and disassemble to expose inner door frame. Remove the screw and gold-colored washer shown from inside the frame – you will reuse the screw but not the washer.

Fit Internal Door Bracket
After removing what is required, lift the frame out and prop up.
Insert the aluminum bracket and steel plate, moving them to align with the drilled holes. Insert the bolts, leaving them loosely fitted at this time.

Insert Spacers
From the opposite side, insert the two steel spacers into the drilled 13mm holes, ensuring that they are lined up with the holes of the internal bracket.

Secure Internal Door Bracket
Fully tighten bolts securing the bracket in place.

Reassemble Door and Fit Cab Bracket
Replace the door onto the vehicle, realigning and ensuring it closes and latches as normal. Once satisfied, fit the internal cab bracket as pictured.

Fit Door Bracket

Fit Gas Strut
Fit the other end of the door gas strut onto the cab bracket as pictured. Ensure everything is tightened sufficiently.
