Corner cupboard frame differs depending on which series the cabinet has and
which door the cabinet should have.
- i-series has a frame that is glued together for mounting on the cabinet frame.
- f, h – series have two frame strips that are mounted directly on the cabinet frame.
Corner pantry 105 is always delivered in parts.
The fully assembled screw strip on the back sides must be mounted upwards and backwards.
The corner cupboard is equipped with runners so that the cupboard can easily be pushed into corners.
Assembly of the pantry requires at least two people.
Note!
Be sure to cover and protect the floor so that no damage occurs to the floor
when the cabinet is pushed into place.
Dimensions
Standard measurements for the location of the corner pantry in a corner.
Deviations in placement measurements depend on and are determined by the
location of the opposite base cabinet/high cabinet from the wall. Follow the
construction drawing.
Assembly order Corner Pantry
- Mount the plinth legs on the cabinet base (9 pcs).
- Plug and glue the meads.
- Adjust all plinth legs down approximately 5-10 mm lower than the height of the meads. This makes it easy to slide the cabinet into place.
- Turn the bottom around on the floor so that the bottom rests on the meads.
- Glue and install wooden dowels in both back sides
- Glue and mount both cabinet sides with wooden dowels

Place the base on the floor at least 600 mm from the wall.

Glue all dowel holes for the sides.

Mount and screw both cabinet sides with the bottom and roof.

Glue all dowel holes for the back sides.
- Mount the backs that are placed on the heels of the plinth legs.
- Fasten the backs sides with screws.
- Carefully slide the cabinet on the supports into the corner.
Note! Be sure to cover and protect the floor so that no damage occurs to the floor when the cabinet is pushed into place.
- Adjust all the legs down to the floor with a flat chisel. Carefully adjust the cabinet to level. Screw the cabinet to the wall after adjustment.
Install frame strips.
Note! Depending on the cabinet frame design series, the construction of the frame differs, see chapter ”Facts”.
The frame strips are mounted with the chamfered edge against the front edge of
the cabinet sides. The opening dimension between the frame strips must be 561
mm.+
Screw the frame strip with hinges from the top of the cabinet ceiling down into the frame strip. This prevents a lateral movement of the frame strip.
Install shelves.
Thread the shelves that are placed mainly zigzag in the cabinet. use the supplied heel shelf carrier.
Install cover plugs in the cabinet sides and cabinet bottom.
Install cabinet door.
Install and adjust the cabinet door.
