The product should be used with caution by the following groups/under the following circumstances

For those who are under treatment at medical institutions or some of the following conditions, please consult a doctor or a physical therapist for advice before use.

  • People who have a pacemaker or other related medical electrical products implanted in their bodies
  • People suffering from malignant tumours, people diagnosed with heart diseases, pregnant women or puerperal
  • People suffering from high nerve endings disorders caused by diabetes
  • People who have ever had skin trauma, people whose body temperature is above 38 degrees Celsius
  • People suffering from lower back pain now or used to have pain in the head, waist, or feet
  • People who are easy to suffer from numbness of hands and feet, people who have difficulty with respirators
  • People suffering from hypertension
  • People suffering from lumbar disc herniation, spondylitis, etc.
  • People suffering from deformed arthritis, arthritis, and gout
  • People suffering from spinal fractures and swelling of bones

The product is not allowed to be used by the following groups/under the following circumstances

  • People who are prohibited from doing exercises or stretching exercises as advised by their doctors
  • For example, people who suffer from thrombosis, severe aneurysm, acute venous aneurysm, all kinds of dermatitis, and all kinds of skin infections, are prohibited from using this product, as these diseases can easily result in deterioration.
  • People who are unable to express their will or who cannot operate the machine themselves to use the product.
  • Children are not allowed to use the product. Keep children away from it when using it. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • Please stop using immediately when you feel lower back pain, dizziness, vomiting, palpitation and other abnormal body reactions during use.
  • This product is set for 15 minutes at a time. Do not use it for no more than 15 minutes each time. After each use, stop the device for 30 minutes to ensure the extension of its service life.
  • Do not use the product under the following circumstances:
    • When you are severely tired
    • Within one hour before and after meals
    • When you are drunk

Precautions for Use

  • The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
  • This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons.
  • Must be only supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.
  • Charge the device with a 5V 1A adapter (purchased by yourself).
  • Check whether the product is intact before use. If any damage is found, regardless of its extent, stop using the product immediately.
  • Remove the dust on the charger regularly. The accumulated dust on the plug is likely to cause poor insulation due to humidity, and eventually lead to fire.
  • Before use, check whether the power button and the charging cable are in normal use.
  • If you cannot use it or feel abnormal, stop using it immediately and unplug the USB charging cable.
  • When the product is not in use, the USB charging cable must be unplugged.
  • Do not load and ballast the USB charging cable or cause damage to it.
  • Do not stand on the device or use the device as a toy to avoid accidents.
  • Do not disassemble, modify or repair the product by yourself, nor unzip the product by yourself.
  • Do not use the device when your body is wet, otherwise it is easy to get an electric shock.
  • Do not remove the cover at the time of use of the device, for it is easy to cause an accident.
  • Do not pull the product with force, nor stab it with a knife or a sharp object.

Precautions for the Operation Place

  • Do not use the product near a stove, inside an electric heating quilt, or on an electric blanket and the like heating appliances, which is easy to cause fire or failure.
  • Do not cover the product with a towel or cloth at the time of using it.
  • Do not use the product near a bathtub, shower, or washbasin that has water in it or near other high-humidity vessels.

Precautions for Maintenance

  • Be sure to unplug the USB charging cable during maintenance.
  • Be sure to unplug the USB charging cable if the product is not in use for a long time.
  • Do not drop the main unit its remoter control or the charger. Do not strike it strongly.
  • Do not exert great force on the product on purpose. Do not use it for two people at the same time. Do not pour water on the product.
  • Do not use the product in places with room temperature above 35 °C or places with direct sunlight.
  • Do not use the product in a bathroom or places with high humidity.
  • Be sure to confirm whether the switch is normal in advance before it is used again if it has not been used for a long time.
  • Do not use volatile oil, thinner, alcohol, strong alkaline detergent, bleach or other cleaning agents for maintenance.
  • The product is equipped with a simple shockproof facility and is suitable for air, railway, road and ship transportation. Keep away from rain and snow splashing, inversion and collision during transportation.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Make the device cool down before storing it.
  • Check the device for any sign of wear or damage regularly. If there is such a sign, or if such a device has been misused, it should be returned to the supplier before reuse.
  • If the product is not in use for a long time, make it clean rst and then properly pack and store it. It is recommended to charge it once every 1 month.

Product Features

This product simulates hand massage through the 3D massage nodes. Combined with the hot compress function, it can relieve the stiff and sore neck muscles. It is suitable for different people for neck massage and care.

How to Use

Precautions before use:

  1. Check if the device and its accessories are complete.
  2. Remove the pendants and accessories during use, to avoid affecting the massage part.
  3. Wrap the neck massager around your neck (or other parts that need to be massaged) and fix it with the lock catch.
Operation
  1. Power Function Button

  2. Press and hold the power function button for 2 seconds to start the device (voice: “Massage on”), and then the device will enter the soothing mode by default with the hot compress function on. The Mild Mode begins to work, and the indicator turns orange.

  3. Press the power function button to turn off the hot compress function (voice: “Turn off heating”), and the indicator lamp turns blue; Press the button again to turn on the hot compress function (voice: “Turn on heating”), and the indicator lamp turns orange. Circle in this way.

  4. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device (voice: “Massage off”).

  5. Mode Button
    Press the mode button to switch to the Energizing Mode (voice: “Energizing Mode”). Press the button again to switch to the Kneading Mode (voice: “Kneading Mode”). Circle in this way.

    • Relaxing Mode: The massage nodes on both sides rotate in opposite directions, and the directions are automatically switched at an interval of 1 minute; Massage with hot compress and Mild Mode;
    • Energizing Mode: The massage nodes on both sides rotate in opposite directions, and the directions are automatically switched at an interval of 15 seconds; Massage with hot compress and Powerful Mode;
    • Kneading Mode: The massage heads on both sides rotate in opposite directions, and the directions are automatically switched at an interval of 30 seconds; Massage with hot compress and Powerful Mode;
  6. Intensity Button
    Press the intensity button to switch to the Mild Mode (voice: “Mild Mode”), and Powerful Mode (voice: “Powerful Mode”) in turn. Press and hold the intensity button for 2 seconds to pause the massage (voice: “Stop massage”). Press this button again for 2 seconds to start the massage (voice: “Turn on massager”).

  7. Warm compress: heating film (42°C+ 3 °C)

  8. Charging indicator: The blue breathing lamp flashes when it is charging, and the blue lamp remains on when the device is fully charged.

  9. Reminder of low power capacity: If the voltage is lower than 3.3V, the blue lamp will flash quickly and then shut off.

  10. The product is set for a 15-minute massage.

  11. Do not start the device when it is charging.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  1. Remove the dust from the cloth cover of the product with a vacuum cleaner rather than by patting.
  2. Wipe off the dirt on the surface with a clean rag.
  3. For the heavy dirt, dampen a rag with the neutral detergent and then gently wipe it. Prevent the water from entering the product. Let it air dry.
  4. Do not put it in places with direct sunlight or places with high humidity after use. If the product is not used for a long time, remove the dirt first, and then properly cover it with a cloth to avoid dust.
  5. Disposal: To protect the environment, do not discard it at random. Please discard each part according to their disposal methods.
  6. During the maintenance, the USB charging cable must be unplugged, but do not use a wet hand to unplug the cable.

Disposal

  • The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a valuable resource that can be recycled. Take out the lithium-ion battery when it is used up and discarded, and then hand it over to a professional institution that can recycle the rechargeable batteries for disposal.
  • Use an appropriate tool to pry open the metal parts of the bottom shell, and then pick up the electronic board assembly to take out the battery pack inside it (The battery cannot be replaced by users arbitrarily):

Steps to remove the battery:

  1. Unzip on the bottom.
  2. Take the cloth cover apart and take out the battery box.
  3. Remove the top cover and take out the battery.

Precautions for Battery:

  1. Be sure to remove the battery from the device before disposal;
  2. The product must be powered off before removing the battery;
  3. The battery must be disposed of safely.
