- Put the earphone into the charging box the indicator light flashes and turns off when the earphone is fully charged

Product operation method
First Use
Step 1-Open the charging case
Step 2-Pairing mode
Open the Wireless function of the mobile phone and select the device model: Zkoee Orp01
Step3-Power Off
Put the earphone back into the charging box and close the cover to complete the shutdown
Attention
In pairing mode, if the connection is not completed within 5 minutes, the earphone will be automatically turned off (the earphone has a memory function, and will automatically connect back to the phone after the subsequent power on)
FAQs
- Why the wireless earphone can not be searched or the sound gets stuck during use?
- Answer: 1) Please do not exceed the Wireless connection distance of your mobile phone by 10 meters to avoid interference from walls or other objects;
- Due to the characteristics of Wireless earphone, your area may be interfered by other electromagnetic waves. Please stay away from this area.
- Why is the touch insensitive?
- Answer: 1) Please ensure that there is no water stain or other foreign matter on the fingers when you touch;
- Please ensure that the touch position is correct and the control can be realized quickly.
- Why the product can’t be connected back?
- Answer: 1) When the Wireless earphone exceeds the 10 meter connection range, it will be disconnected. If it does not return to the connection range within 5 minutes, the earphone will automatically shut down;
- If the earphone is not reconnected after 5 minutes, please put it back into the charging box and cover it, and then take it out again.
- Why is there no sound on the side of the earphone?
- Answer: 1) In this case, please put the earphone back into the charging box and cover it, then take it out;
- If the above operation fails, please turn off the Wireless of your phone and reconnect it;
- If the above operation fails, please contact the local retailer.
