Safety Precautions

If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before using this product.

If there are dirty spots or foreign objects on the mask, please wipe it with a wet cloth before use to prevent them from entering the eyes.

During charging, the product does not support turning on for use (if the product is charged while in operation, the self-protection program will be activated and it will automatically stop working).

Do not use the eye massage while walking outdoors or driving.

Avoid using the eye massage in high temperature or humid environments.

Product Introduction

This eye massage utilises microcomputer chip control technology for humanised simulation control throughout the process. It applies the new concept of air pressure to eye care. Under the control of the computer, the air pressure massages the muscles around the eyes in all directions. At the same time, combined with the action of internal vibration points and far-infrared heating, it helps alleviate eye swelling, eye pain, and eye fatigue.

Product Components and Their Functions

Button Operations:

Power/Mode Button

• Long press the power button for 3 seconds to start the Integrated mode.
• Press the power button again to start the Clear mode.
• Continue pressing the power button to start the Sleep mode.
• Continue pressing the power button to start the Vitality mode.
• Continue pressing the power button to start the Comfort mode.
• Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the device.

Hot Compress Adjustment Button

• Press the hot compress button after activating the device to switch the level of hot compress.
• Three adjustable levels of hot compress in total (high/middle/low)
• Press the hot compress button twice to turn on or off the hot compress function

Music/Volume Button:

• Short press once after activating the device to switch to the next song.
• Long press to turn up the volume, long press again to turn down the volume, double press to turn on or turn off the music.

Note : Once the device is activated, Bluetooth will automatically turn on. Open your phone’s Bluetooth, search for it and connect to the corresponding model number. (Bluetooth connection is only available for the Bluetooth version.)

Product Cleaning, Storage, and Maintenance

1. Cleaning and Maintenance of the Product:
   If the product is dirty, please wipe it with a dry, soft cloth.
   If the product is particularly dirty, you can moisten a soft cloth with medical alcohol for cleaning.

2. Storage:
   Store in a dry, ventilated, and clean place.
   Keep out of reach of children.
   Do not attempt to disassemble the main unit or remote control, as this may cause accidents or malfunctions.

Common Faults and Troubleshooting

Unable to Power On:

1. Low battery- Please charge immediately.
2. Main unit protection (with power) – Connect to the charger, charge for at least 5 seconds to allow the main unit to automatically release the protection.
3. Battery not charging – The charger may be damaged.
4. Weak air pressure intensity – Low battery level.
   Note : All repair work must be carried out by service personnel authorised by our company.

Tips of Eyes Care

1. The distance between the viewer and the television should be more than 5 times the diagonal length of the fluorescent screen or more than 3 meters.
2. Please watch TV with ambient light.
3. Please write in the environment with bright, soft and stable light.
4. Please do not write too small and compact words to prevent too short reading distance and increasing eye adjustment.
5. Please maintain a writing distance of 30 to 35 CM.
6. Please do not read for a long time. 0.5 to 1 hour is appropriate, which can prevent excessive visual fatigue.
7. Please do eye exercises every day to improve eye blood circulation and to regulate the state.
8. People with refractive error need to wear qualified and appropriate glasses.

Suggestions for Eyes Care

This product is suggested for using 1-2 times per day, and 10-15 minutes for each time.
Do not open your eyes immediately after taking off the product once finished using. Rest your eyes for 2-3 minutes!

For providing customers with better after-sales service, our company guarantees that

1. The products with performance failure can be returned, exchanged or repaired within 7 days from the date of sale according to customers’ choice. Party B provides the
   return, exchange or free repair services for Party A according to the customers’ request.

2. The products with performance failure can be exchanged or repaired for free within 8-15 days from the date of sale according to customers’ choice.

3. Our company provides free repair for performance failure within one year from the date of sale if the products are used as the normal method. Our company charges material costs of repair for performance failure within two years from the date of sale if the products are used as the normal method.
   The aforesaid product return cycle starts from the date on which our company receives the faulty product sent by the customer for repair. And the repaired product will be sent to the customer within 15 working days. If the product cannot be repaired within the warranty period, a product with the same performance or upgraded performance will be sent to the customer as replacement.

The following cases do not apply to our company’s warranty regulations, including but not limited to:

1. Artificial damage to the product, including: bad damage due to misuse, improper use, abuse, negligence or non-compliance with the instructions in the user manual.
2. Repair, debugging, replacement, or modification offered by other people rather than the workers assigned by our company’s authorised service centre.
3. Other companies’ brand products.
4. Products that have been used for more than two years from the date of sale.
5. Our company is not responsible for the fault and damage due to natural disasters, force mature, non-predictable events and other factors beyond the control of our company.

The cost of repair

1. Our company provides free repair for the products identified as in line with the warranty scope by our maintenance specialists in the warranty period.
2. Our company provides free repair for the products with unessential components damage beyond the warranty period, and for the replacement of essential components, our company charges the material cost of important components.
3. Return to Depot: The customer bears the logistics cost of returning to depot.
