instructions for dismantling the TV.

Dismantling Instructions

Stand removal steps:
The stand is removed after laying the TV unit down properly (over a smooth surface so as not to damage the panel). -
Side stands: Remove screws as shown in figure 1.

Middle stands: Remove four screws attaching it to the TV unit as shown in Figure 2.

- Steps to remove screws and electronic parts:
Remove the yellow-marked screws on the TV back cover using a screwdriver.

Remove all cable connectors from electronic parts.
Electronic parts must be unscrewed from the product in sequence according to the list below. Disconnect all cable connectors from electronic parts in the following sequence: -
Power Board (Unscrew 4pcs of screw)

Main Board (Unscrew 4pcs of screw)

Speakers
-
Wi-Fi Board
-
LVDS Cable
-
Stand Metal Part (Unscrew 6pcs of screw)

T-Con Board (Unscrew 4pcs of screw)

Dismantle TV Panel:
-
Step 1: After removing the electronic parts, turn the TV over to dismantle the TV panel.

Step 2: The panel cabinet should be removed from pawls by using the Panel Trim Tool.

Step 3: Cell removed from double-sided tape. Warning: The cell is fragile and can be damaged during this process. Must be protected from damages.

Step 4: Middle Frame should be removed from pawls.

Step 5: LGP (Light Guide Plate) and Optical Films are taken from the panel carefully by holding the end parts.

Step 6: The sheet refractor is lifted and removed properly.
Dismantle Remote Control batteries
Screw is removed; then the back cover and batteries can be taken out.
