Please use original components matched with this system, to ensure its reliability, safety and applicability.
We’re not responsible for any problems caused when accessories are unmatched with the system or non-original accessories are used.

In case of an upgrade of the product design, the in-kind design shall prevail.

Precautions:

1. Please use the original components provided by the dealers;
2. Each accessory is a precise device, so please keep maintenance during use to avoid shortening of its service life.
3. Handle it with care. When using the accessory, operate the handle steadily. Do not lift the output line to place it, or it will loosen the internal interfaces of the accessory, which can cause bad contact and short circuits.
4. After use of the accessory, do not throw or put it at will. Please carefully clean it with a cleaning solution and clean, soft cloth, especially residual materials stained on the accessory. Do not make water enter the accessory during cleaning.

Taboos before care

• Operations by those with heart diseases, equipped with heart rhythm regulators or pregnant women are not suggested;
• Forbidden for face operation areas with golden cords implanted;
• Forbidden for customers with a skin infection or skin cancer;
• Forbidden for customers with infective skin diseases;
• Do not make up on the operation day, or clean the operation area in advance;
• Don’t wear any metal articles during the operation.

Maintenance aftercare

• Customers make maintenance by themselves after operation;
• Do less exercise after the operation;
• Take fewer cigarettes, alcohol and spicy food within one week after the operation;
• Do sunscreen care and hydration after the operation, with antioxidant moisturizing products or facial masks to maintain the beauty effect.

Reaction of operation

• Temporary discomfort in the operation area.

Notes
The company is free of warranty responsibilities in following cases:

• The device is mounted, repaired or used by those except the authorized people.
• Solutions except for special external stock solutions of FACE-WASHCAT are used at XLM_01.
• Electric equipment used at the installation site does not meet the requirements of IEC, UL, etc.
• The device is not operated in line with the manual.

Those operating the device should be familiar with the operation manual which is provided by FACE-WASHCAT or your dealers.

Safety Measures

General safety measures of device operation:

1. Please carefully read the user manual before operations and be familiar with all safety requirements, operation procedures and maintenance instructions. Do not use the device and its accessories without referring to the user manual, or operate it for usages except the expected ones.
2. Warning : do not change the device without notifying the manufacturer.
3. Before powering on the device for the first time, please check whether power parameters meet the requirements listed in the Technical Parameters of the user manual. Do install and transform the power supply to be connected to the device according to mounting standards for electricity at the use site.
4. Transport, store and operate the device in an environment described in Technical Parameters of the user manual. It is only used indoors. Do not use it in a dusty or moist environment with explosion or water immersion. Do not use it in an environment with oxidable gas (O²N²O) containing inflammable anesthetics and other inflammable gas or steam.
5.  To prevent unnecessary interference, please avoid direct sunlight on the device and keep it away from devices surrounded by strong static electricity, magnetic fields and electromagnetic fields (endothermy, X-ray, mobile phone and other gyromagnetic devices). In case of unnecessary interference, please keep the device away from the interference source or contact an after-sales centre authorized by DJM.
6. The device will become hot during operations, so keep it away from devices that can be heated or generate heat. The ventilation hole is located at the bottom of the rear panel of the device. Do not cover it. When placing the device, keep the rear panel from the wall by at least 10cm.
7. Do not put any object that cant generate heat or contains water or liquids on the device.
8. When the device is taken from a cold place to a warm one, please wait (at least 2h) till a balanced temperature before powering on.
9. Do not open or move the protective shell or dismount the device, or it will cause electric shock and serious damage. After-sales services must be completed by after-sales staff authorized by DJM, or DJM will not bear any responsibility for its subsequent operations.
10. Do not insert the accessory connector and other connectors into the original device, or it will cause high risks of electric shock and serious damage.
11. When the device is disconnected from the connected accessories, pull out the handle. Do not pull out the cable. Do not disconnect the accessories during operations!
12. Before each operation, please carefully check whether the device and its accessories (cables, handle and host) have any mechanical, functional or other damage. In case of any failure or abnormality of device functions, please immediately stop using it and contact the after-sales department authorized by DJM. If users use the device or accessories under its abnormality, they will bear all liabilities of damage caused by the device.
13. Before the operation, check whether all input parameters are in line with those set according to the user’s expectations. Please refer to operation taboos in Taboos Before Care.
14. Before the operation, select a high-frequency current without stimulation to nerves or muscles.
15. There must be an interval of at least 2min between stopping and re-starting of the device power.
16. Keep the device away from children.
17. Do not use the device without authorization.
18. Do dispose of the device as a common electronic and electric device. Do not put the device in an urban dustbin. It does not contain any toxic materials damaging the environment, but improper disposal may damage the environment.
19. Do operate, store or transport the device under stipulated conditions. No toxic material will be generated during use.
20. Do not immerse the device in water.
21. Please do the cleaning according to Precautions.

Special safety precautions of the device:

1. Please use stock solutions registered in China and meet requirements. If you’re not sure, please contact the manufacturer or dealers.
2. Do not use a damaged probe, which may cause local discomfort or burn. Please use a new one.
3. Do not operate it on customers who are narcotized or have an increased pain threshold, because they cannot feel the pain or heat, while the operator cannot assess their response during operations. This may cause local burn.
4. During the operation, please put the unused probe on a support, rather than any conductive object.
5. During the operation, do not connect the probe to any conductive object such as a metal bed, a conductive floor thin cover, etc.
6. During the operation, please keep a stable connection with the handle. Please quickly put the probe on the skin or take it away from the skin. Discomfort may be caused when the probe is contacted only locally.
7. Do not use accessories not approved by the manufacturer.
8. During the operation, please obey customers’ feedback. If they feel any discomfort, please stop the operation or reduce the output power.
9. The device can emit high energy. Do not use it in an environment where high-energy electromagnetic signals would influence other devices or cause damage.
10. Local burn may be caused.

Troubleshooting and Solution

No display after starting:

1. Whether the power socket is electrified; whether the power line is inserted.
2. Whether the back power switch is on.
3. If it’s OK for the above items, please contact the manufacturer for repair.

Essence leading, cooling and heating cannot be felt:

1. Check whether the set output is too small. Turn up the parameters slowly.
2. Check whether the output line is connected; whether the negative electrode line and negative electrode plate are connected; and whether line ends are damaged. Please re-insert or replace them.
3. If it’s OK for the above items, please contact the manufacturer for repair.

Device Maintenance and Cleaning

Safety tips for device maintenance:
Before repair, please stop the device and cut the power. Please obey all safety norms listed in the chapter on safety protective measures. Do not dismantle the device and its accessories during cleaning.
Repair check involves measurement of all device parameters. They must be rechecked every 30 months. The check is conducted by the repair department of DJM. If it is not completed within the stipulated period (30 months), the manufacturer cannot ensure technical parameters and the safe running of the product.
Do not repair the device by yourself. All the repair work must be conducted at a repair centre authorized by DJM. During repair, only accessories from the original manufacturer are applicable, or DJM will not bear any liability for further operations to the device.

Surface cleaning of accessories and the device:
During cleaning of the device and its accessories, please use a soft cloth slightly wetted by water or a 2% detergent solution. Do not use a detergent containing alcohol, liquid chlorine, ammonia, acetone, benzene or diluent. Clean the machine body gently with a dry, soft cloth. The soft cloth can be slightly wetted with a detergent purchased from the market, which can clean the machine. Do not directly use the detergent on it! Do not clean it with grinding materials, or it will easily damage the surfaces of the device or accessories.

Cleaning of accessories touched by customers
After each use, please clean accessories in direct touch with the customer’s body using a disinfector purchased from a regular channel. Do not use a disinfector containing chlorine or high-concentration alcohol (over 20%). Clean up the coupling agent on the electrode. After cleaning and putting it in a completely dry and ventilated place for disinfection, please clean the accessory with clean water to prevent bad allergic reactions. Spare accessories are used for non-intrusive care, so no sterilization is needed.

DJM is not responsible for direct adverse results or side effects generated when untrained individuals use the device. The operator must use the device after being trained at an initially authorized sales point.
Please accept regular checks and repairs of the whole machine by professionals approved by DJM (about three years) to ensure normal running. Relevant expenses are at the cost of the customers.

Warranty Clauses
Warranty of DJM excludes damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, electric system failure, operation negligence, incorrect device use, incorrect cleaning, incorrect repair, individual installation, services and repair without DJM authorization or machine body changes.
Special statement: any accessory in need of direct solution contact or regular replacement should be deemed as a disposable accessory, which is thus excluded from the warranty. Use of accessories or materials not authorized or permitted by DJM is either within DJM warranty. The warranty will fail if internal structures are removed or changed unless there is special permission from DJM representatives. Preventive maintenance is not within the warranty; without preventive maintenance (based on use conditions), no warranty permission will be provided.
DJM is not responsible for service failure caused by an uncontrollable environment.

Warranty

Failures caused by manufacturing errors as of the date of purchase are covered by DJM warranty for a year.
For any unsettled problem or opinion feedback about the product, please contact the DJM after-sales service centre.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
