About XLM_02
XLM_02 includes seven main components: machine body (1), handles (1, 2, 3 and 4), waste liquid bottle (1), side bottle hanger (1), etc. Please refer to the chapter of device characteristics for detailed information and pictures. Please use original components matched with the system to ensure its reliability, safety, and applicability. Our company is not responsible for that if non-original accessories or those not matched with the system are used.

It is strongly suggested by FACE-WASHCAT that operators read this manual carefully and comprehensively. Technical specifications, installation, operation and maintenance instruction requirements of the device will be described in detail in the following chapters.

Responsibilities of operator
Staff operating the system must have a comprehensive understanding of the correct operations of the system. The operator must accept training from initial dealers. You can contact local dealers to get additional training courses which may not be free. FACE-WASHCAT is not responsible for damage caused by improper device use or operations. In case of any problem about use or operation guidance of XLM_02, please contact your local dealers or FACE- WASHCAT.

Precautions

1. Use pure hydration facial masks every day for seven days after the operation to keep the best transparent state of kin.
2. Do not rub the operated parts hard.
3. Do not use irritant makeup.
4. Pay attention to sunscreen every day, use a sunscreen umbrella outdoors, and smear sunblock products over SPF30.
5. Some customers have under-skin inflammation or extreme lack of water, so 5% of them will suffer skin sensitivity such as flushing, itch, and small poxes. It is a natural detoxifying reaction caused by supplementation of a lot of skin water and quicker metabolism. Chlortrimeton distilled water can be used for external applications.

Main operation accessories of XLM_02

Handle

The cleaning handle has six accessories: a transparent cover on the handle tip, operation head, O ring, waste liquid backflow end, handle rod, and tail joint.

The water mist hydration handle has seven accessories: metal nozzle assembly, button switch, essence cabin, essence cabin cover, essence interface, air inlet port and handles main body.

The washing handle has five accessories: washing nozzle, button switch, water tank, water tank cover and handle main body.

The absorbent sponge handle has three accessories: sponge, backwater hole and handle main body.

The handle is selected according to care nature needed. You can use the washing handle and absorbent sponge handle for basic face cleaning at first, then use the cleaning handle to adjust  proper parameters according to different skin conditions for deep cleaning or local strengthened cleaning and finally use the water mist hydration handle to lead in essence of which different functions can be selected according to different skin needs.

Note: To meet comfort and safety of customers as much as possible, please clean the handle operation head before each operation and use of another customer, and do cleaning and maintenance of the device timely after operations, so as to better maintain normal device running and prolong its service life.

Vacuum degree adjustment

There is a knob of adjustment standards on the front panel. The adjustment direction of it is displayed above. Here, the knob can increase or decrease force applied by the cleaning handle operation head on an operation area. The vacuum degree is reduced by counterclockwise rotation, while it is increased by clockwise rotation.

Solution adjustment

• The solution flow value is displayed on a touch screen of mobile equipment. It is gradually increased from left to right.
• For flow adjustment of the cleaning handle, the flow value is gradually increased from left to right on the APP interface.
• For essence spraying interval and force adjustment of the water mist hydration handle, the value is adjusted by a left-right arrow on the APP interface.
• For spraying interval adjustment of the washing handle, the value is adjusted by a left-right arrow on the APP interface.

Small bubble solution bottle
A 400ML plastic bottle on the host is used for a small bubble solution. Screw it to a corresponding supply hole on the XLM_02 side panel. The solution is selected according to specific skin conditions of customers.

Essence bottle
A 5ML essence bottle is used for essence of the water mist hydration handle. Screw a supply hole of the essence cabin of the water mist hydration handle. The solution is selected according to specific skin conditions of customers.

Cleaning solution bottle
A 400ML cleaning solution is used for XLM_02, which is a cleaning product approved in the agreement. The cleaning solution bottle is screwed to a corresponding supply hole on XLM_02.

Waste liquid bottle
The residual solution and stripped cutin are sedimented in a transparent waste liquid bottle which is screwed to the rightmost supply hole on the device side panel. When the bottle is full, take it down and dispose of the waste liquid inside according to OSHA standards. Disinfection or high- temperature sterilization is required before putting the bottle back.

Consumables
The transparent cover on the front end of cleaning handle, a metal nozzle inside the front end of water mist hydration handle, a plastic nozzle on the front end of washing handle and absorbent sponge inside the absorbent sponge handle tray are consumables to be replaced irregularly. The specific replacement time is in line with use frequency and maintenance conditions of the device. Regular check and replacements are suggested to ensure normal device running.

Installation

Installation requirements
Before installing XLM_02, please make sure:

• The electric socket is of an approved use model and meets local use standards.
• The input power is in line with the indications on the machine nameplate.
• The device should be placed on a flat surface (such as a table or a standard placement table approved by FACE-WASHCAT), with the front console facing the operator.
• There is free space of 8-10cm around the device to ensure proper heat dissipation.

Dismounting and checking

XLM_02 should be dismounted and installed by FACE-WASHCAT representatives or dealers who have been trained. XLM_02 is dismounted or installed according to the following steps:

1. First, check whether the device package box has external damage or improper operations. If any, you should notify the local dealer immediately in writing.
2. Open the top cover of the package box and carefully remove all related substances. Please save all packaging materials for later re-packaging and transportation.
3. XLM_02 is about 10.45kg heavy. When dismounting or re-packaging the device, please use carrying equipment properly to carry it. Grip the metal base with two hands when carrying it. Do not only lift the plastic shell above.
4. Compare the product and accessories inside with the packaging list to ensure that all items listed are included. In case of any omission, please notify FACE-WASHCAT immediately in writing. Package accessories are different based on device models and order accessory requirements.

Installation
The design of XLM_02 is easy to install. Please obey the following instructions during installation:

1. Put XLM_02 in the proper position.
2. Connect the power line to a power socket on the device’s back.
3. Test normal running of the system.
4. Connect the cleaning handle according to the following indications.
5. Align the positioning hole of the cleaning handle joint with a corresponding one on the device. Tighten the screws.
6. Connect the water mist hydration handle, washing handle, and absorbent sponge handle according to the following indications.
7. Align the joint positioning holes of the water mist hydration handle, washing handle, and absorbent sponge handle with the corresponding ones on the device and tightly insert them.

Operations

Preparation

• Before starting operations, an operator must:
• Assess customers’ skin type and conditions.
• Determine a proper solution, handle, and parameters for customers.
• Ensure that the operation head and pipes have been disinfected.
• Cleaning handle: screw the operation head into the handle top head. Ensure that the O ring on the handle head is mounted into the O groove. Align the handle head and tip transparent cover coaxially and twist the handle head with downward pressure till the handle tip transparent cover is fixed on the O ring of the handle head.
• Water mist hydration handle: screw the metal nozzle assembly into the handle main body. First, make sure that the tail end O ring of the internal metal nozzle is mounted, and then conduct threatened matching and rotation between the metal nozzle assembly and the handle main body. Select the essence with a proper function according to customers’ skin conditions and screw the corresponding essence bottle into the liquid inlet port inside the handle essence cabin.
• Washing handle: insert the plastic nozzle into the handle’s main body. First, make sure that the tail end O ring of the plastic nozzle is mounted, and then insert the plastic nozzle into the handle main body. Finally, screw the decorative cover into the handle main body to fix the nozzle. Before use, first, fill the handle water tank with water and close the sealing cover before operations.
• Absorbent sponge handle: install the absorbent sponge into the handle’s main body to ensure smooth installation. It is suggested that the absorbent sponge be wrapped in disposable facial cleaning paper, so each customer can use a new one.
• The waste liquid bottle is screwed into the waste liquid recycling hole. Please make sure that it is rotated in place. This step will influence the quality of the vacuum environment of the device. During its installation, do not jack the round rubber plate above the water level switch to the suction hole, or airway blocking can be caused. If the suction hole is blocked, use your hands to pull down the round rubber plate.
• Shake the essence gently and screw the essence bottle into a corresponding supply hole. Do not squeeze the solution bottle during rotation, so the solution backflowing will cause damage to the device.
• Shake the cleaning solution gently and screw the cleaning solution bottle into the cleaning solution supply hole. Do not squeeze the solution bottle during rotation, so the solution backflowing will cause damage to the device.

Process
When the handles, relevant bottles and clean water are prepared according to 3.1, turn on the “power switch” behind the device. Start APP and connect mobile equipment by Bluetooth. Operate it according to hints on the APP interface.

Maintenance

Daily maintenance requirements of the device are introduced below. Atn the end of this chapter, Table 4-1 is provided to summarize the maintenance requirements.

Summary of Troubleshooting and Solution

Maintenance is carried out according to a daily maintenance plan, which can minimize possible potential problems with the device. Referring to the summary table of troubleshooting and solution, problems can be solved by yourself in most cases.

The device cannot be started.

The power plug is loose.

| Cut the power and check whether the power line is steadily connected to the power line socket on the machine body.
Bad contact with the “power switch” button behind the device.| After ensuring the correct power connection, repeat a long press of the button to check whether the device is started.
Fuse blowout.| Replace the fuse in the power socket. If it cannot be started after the above operations, please consult the local dealer for technical support services.

Maintenance Clauses

The warranty of DJM excludes damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, electric system failure, operation negligence, incorrect device use, incorrect cleaning, incorrect repair, individual installation, services, and repair without DJM authorization or machine body changes. Special statement: any accessory in need of direct solution contact or regular replacement should be deemed as a disposable accessory, which is thus excluded from the warranty. Accessories of this type include but are not limited to solution, sleeve, O ring, connector, handle tip transparent cover, adsorbent sponge, plastic nozzle, and metal nozzle. Use of accessories or materials such as solutions and pipes not authorized or permitted by DJM is either within DJM warranty. The warranty will fail if internal structures are removed or changed unless there is a special permission from DJM representatives. Preventive maintenance is not within the warranty. If there is no preventive maintenance (based on use conditions), a warranty will not be provided.DJM is not responsible for service failure caused by an uncontrollable environment. As for damage caused by avoidance of professional services, customers have no right to obtain indemnity for this. The warranty clauses cannot be transferred. All the sales are the ultimate.DJM has the final power of interpretation of the manual.
