USER MANUAL
1. Information about the manual
1.1 System description
The HRQ-GATE Ethernet Gateway is used for communication between the ventilation unit (PremAIR, SlimAIR or MinistAIR series) and an external application (software).
1.2 How to use this manual
This manual is intended as a reference book by which qualified installers can install the HRQ-GATE and all optional device as well. This device must be used according to its purpose. Make sure you have read and understood the manual before you install and/or use the device. Please be informed that we are constantly working on development and improvement of our products hence minor differences between this document and your unit are possible.

The original instructions for this manual have been written in Polish. Other language versions of this manual are a translation of the original instructions.

2.1 Building
This gateway has 3 LEDs at the front:
1. Signalling of radio connection with air handling unit
2. Signalling of establishing connection with the ALNOR server (registration
of the gate in the ALNOR database)
3. Power supply indicat
The gateway has 2 ports:
RJ45 – fireplace USB typu B – power
NOTE:
Do not use the RESET button. Pressing it will erase the access data to the
ALNOR server.
Such gateway will need to be re-programmed at our headquarters.
3. Installation
3.1 The contents of the box
1. Communication module;
2. Power adapter;
3. USB cable;
4. Ethernet cable;
5. Manual
3.2 Connection steps
1. Connect the HRQ-GATE with the Ethernet cable to the router.
2. Connect the power adapter with the USB cable to the device and power
supply.
3. After a few seconds the power LED (3) will light up.
4. Download the PremAIR z Google Play oraz App Store or open the website www.premair.alnor.pl in a browser.
5. Register
a. Enter Name (the value is not a login)
b. E-mail (will be used to log in)
c. Password / repeat password
d. Gateway MAC addressi (You can find the gateway MAC address on the buttom of
the device).
6. Log in with the registration data.
7. Follow the instructions in the application /web page
Pair the gateway with the air handling unit
a. Turn the control panel off and on again to enter pairing mode (pairing time
is 10 minutes after the control panel is turned on)
b. Click NEXT in the application
c. Wait 2-10 minutes
d. As soon as the readings appear, the application is ready for use
You can also start binding mode by clicking in the upper right corner and selecting „Bind”).
4. Sensor registration
Before starting the sensor registration procedure with HRQ-GATE, you need to
associate the sensors with the recuperator ( see the corresponding sensor
manual ).
Once the sensor has been positively associated with the recuperator, associate
the sensor with HRQ-GATE using the app or at www.premair.alnor.pl.
Note : Make sure the recuperator is not in evaporation mode (evaporation mode shuts down 10 minutes after the recuperator starts up).
Select the type of sensor you want to register.
Confirm that the sensor has been previously binded to the recuperator
Enter the sensor into bind mode.
Once the sensor is successfully binded to the HRQ-GATE, the sensor data is sent to the gateway. It may take up to 10 minutes to read the data
5. Troubleshooting
NOTE:

6. Recycling
This appliance bears the symbol of the barred waste bin. This indicates that, at the end of its useful life, it must not be disposed of as domestic waste, but must be taken to a collection center for waste electrical and electronic equipment, or returned to a retailer on purchase of a replacement.
It is the user’s responsibility to dispose of this appliance through the
appropriate channels at the end of its useful life. Failure to do so may incur
the penalties established by laws governing waste disposal.
Proper differential collection, and the subsequent recycling, processing and
environmentally compatible disposal of waste equipment avoids unnecessary
damage to the environment and possible related healthrisks, and also promotes
recycling of the materials used in the appliance.
For further information on waste collection and disposal, contact your local
waste disposal service, or the shop from which you purchased the appliance.
Manufacturers and importers fulfil their responsibilities for recycling,
processing and environmentally compatible disposal either directly or by
participating in collective systems.

FAQ:
Q: What should I do if I accidentally press the RESET button on the
gateway?
A: Pressing the RESET button will erase the access data to the ALNOR server. In such a case, the gateway will require reprogramming at our headquarters.
