On/Off: Press this button to turn on the screen with F1. Press this button to turn off the appliance without anything appearing on the screen.
Temperature: Press briefly to reduce by 1 degree. If it rises to a certain temperature, the heating turns off when it rises by 1 degree. Reducing to a certain temperature, the heating turns on when it reduces by 2 degrees.
