Product Introduction

First Use

  1. Open the charging case,take out the earbuds and remove the sticker.Then touch the left or right earbuds for 2s to turn it on. Or put back the earbuds into the charging case and then take out, the automatic power on. The earbuds LED indicator will flash blue light 2 times and enter the automatically pairing state.

  2. When the red and blue indicator of one earbud flash alternately and the indicator of the other earbud is off, the earbuds is paired successfully.

  3. Activate Bluetooth function in your device and search the pairing name “Leapbuds E” to connect.

  4. When the earbuds indicator is off and and the headset voice prompts “connected”, the earbuds is successfully paired with the mobile phone. Ready to use.

Daily use

Take out the earbuds and it will connect automatically to your device.

General Function

Power On/Off
Power on: Take out the earbuds or long press the left or right earphone touch area for 2 seconds, the voice prompt “power on”. If the device has a connection record, it will connect automatically to your device and the voice prompt connected”. Power off: Put back the earbucls into charging case or long press the left or right earphone touch area for 5 seconds, the voice prompt ‘power off”.

Pairing & Connection
Pairing Mode: When the earbuds are paired, it will enter the pairing mode automatically, the red and blue indicator of one earbud flash alternately and the indicator of the other earbud is off.
Connection: Activate Bluetooth function in your device and search the pairing name “Leapbuds E” to connect. If the device has a connection record, wait few seconds and it will automatically connect with the device. After connected devict successfully, the earbuds LED indicator will turn off.

Answer/Reject calls
Answer tne phone: In the incoming call status, one-click the left or right earbud to answer the call.

Reject call:
In the incoming call status, long press the left or right earbud for 2s to reject the call, and double-click to hang up.

Next Song
in music playing status, triple click the right earbud to switch to the next song.

Previous song
In music playing status, triple click the left earbud to switch tc the previous song.

Activate Voice Assistant
When earbuds connected with phone, touch the left earbud for 2s and it will prompt a “beep” , then release to access the voice assistant.

Activate Game Mode
When earbuds connected with phone, touch the right earbud for 2s and it will prompt “game mode” .

Mic Switch
In the call state, if one earbud powers off and it will automatically switch the microphone of the other earbud.

Battery Low
When the power is less than 10%, you can hear the prompt “battery lows. Please charge in time.

Remove Device Records
In the Power-on state, click both earbuds for 8 times and it will clear all device records.

Auto-Pairing Mode
After remove device records, the earbuds will enter auto-pairing mode when the power on, both earbuds LED flicker red and blue lights at the same time. After paired each other, one earbud LED flicker red and blue light, the other LED light will be off.

Q&A

Q1: What if one of earbuds is no sound?
A: Please turn off both earbuds or remove all device records, then reconnect your device.

Q2: How can I use a single earbud alone?
A: Please put back the one into charging case or power off, another one will work independently.

Q3: Why the earbuds sound suddenly get distorted?
A: Bluetooth signal is vulnerable to electromagnetic interference in airport, railway, subway etc.

Warranty Service

  1. our warranty period is 18 months from the date of purchase.
  2. During the warranty period, if there is a performance failure of this product, customer can send the product back to the company together with the warranty certificate.
