QUICK TIPS

  • Double-check your alignment – be sure to center the device on the charging surface to ensure the most efficient and fastest charge times.
  • Certain materials and thicker phone cases can interfere with wireless charging.
  • Not all devices are compatible with wireless charging, please check the device user manual for compatibility information.
  • This is a high-speed 3-in-1 charger, please use the USB-C cable and power delivery wall plug that was included; using different items may cause slower charging.

LED INDICATOR GUIDE

  • Solid Red – Charging your device.
  • Solid White – Fully charged.
  • Flashing Red – Foreign object detection, metal or other materials that may cause overheating and damage the charger, or the device you are charging, remove them immediately.

HOW TO CHARGE

  • Place the charger on a flat, sturdy surface.

  • Plug the wall plug into an outlet, and the USB-C cable into both the wall plug and 3-in-1 charger. If you need to use a different power source be sure it is a USB power supply of DC9V 3A minimum.
    Warning: please use a UL-compliant power supply.

  • Place your device on the correct charging surface making sure the device is centered on the charging surface or the device will not charge.
    Note: The phone charging stand will charge all Qi-enabled devices. Remove anything with a magnetic strip, like credit cards, to prevent damage before charging.

  • The phone charging stand allows for wireless charging up to 10W; the watch charging stand and earbud case charger allow for wireless charging up to 5W. The watch charging stand can be used flat or as a raised stand

  • Remove the phone from the phone charging stand before changing the orientation of the phone.

  • Charge time will vary by device.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Double-check the connections between the USB-C cable and wall plug, ensuring they are fully plugged in.
  • Some phone cases may cause interference with wireless charging; remove the case for best results.
  • Make sure the device is centered on the wireless charger.
  • The wireless charging is compatible with newer devices as well as other Qi-enabled devices; consult your device user guide to ensure compatibility.
  • When using the earbud case charging base the device may still charge even when not fully centered, if the indicator light is red the device is being charged.
  • If the indicator light flashes red while switching the phone orientation on the phone charging stand, remove the phone and recenter it in the preferred position.

SAFETY

  • Do not modify or repair this device.
  • Do not use it in high temperatures or extreme weather.
  • Do not use chemical detergents to clean your device, use a soft dry cloth.
  • Immediately unplug it from its power source if it gets wet.
  • Keep the charger away from heat and direct sunlight.
  • Remove credit cards and other cards with magnetic strips to prevent damage to the cards.
