Quick tips

  • Double-check that the Micro-USB cable is plugged in and DC 5V 2A power source is working

  • Certain protective cases may interfere with wireless charging. Remove the protective case for best results.

  • Double-check the placement of the device on the wireless charger. For best results, the center of the device should be on the center of wireless charger
