Charge and Discharge Reminder

Tri output port
There are three output ports, including two USB-A ports that support fast charging and one Type-C port that supports both input and output fast charging. -
LED Indicator
During charging, the indicator light will blink. And four white lights will light up continuously when fully charge. If the battery level is low during discharging, the first indicator light will blink as an alarm. In any state, the green fast charging indicator light will light up during fast charging or discharging. -
Flashlight
Long press the power switch button to turn on the flashlight lighting. And then long pressing the power button again will turn off the function of the LED lamp.
Attention
- Please use the USB cable and charger that matches your phone or other digital products.
- When the power bank is in non-working status, it will turn off automatically within 35 seconds.
- Electric energy will be consumed during charging and discharging. Slight heating is normal.
- Please store the product in a cool and dry place. If it is not to be used for a long time, please fully charge the power bank once every 6 months.
Warranty
From the date of the original purchase, we provide a 24-month warranty for our customers. If the device is not available due to problems, please contact us through our Amazon mail. We will guide you on how to repair or replace it.

Q: What should I do if the speed is slow when using the power adapter to charge the power bank or use the power bank to charge the device?
A: Please replace or try to use a 2.1A and above power adapter and cable.
Q: What should I do if the power bank cannot be charged or it cannot charge the device?
A: Check whether the USB cable of the device or adapter is loose. Please replace the USB cable or adapter and try to charge it again.
