Installation Instructions
Intel LGA 115x/1200/1700

Insert screw bolts to Intel 1700 or 115x/1200 backplate mounting holes.

Install screw bolt washers to lock the screw bolts & backplate.

Make sure the screw bolt is locked in on the backplate.

Install the backplate to motherboard

Remove the copper cold plate protective film.
-
Install the Intel pump head mounting brackets.
-
Clean the CPU surface.
-
Apply and spread the thermal paste to the CPU evenly using the included spatula.

Place the stand-off to the backplate screw bolt.
-
Align the Intel pump head mounting brackets to the backplate screw bolts, then place the pump head on the CPU carefully.

Using spring screw nuts to complete the pump head and motherboard installation
NEON AQUA 240 ACCESSORIES
Intel LGA 2011/2066

Remove the copper cold plate protective film.

Install the Intel pump head mounting brackets.
-
Clean the CPU surface.
-
Apply and spread the thermal paste to the CPU evenly using the included spatula.

Align the Intel 2011/2066 pump head mounting brackets to backplate screw bolts, then place the pump head on the CPU carefully.

Using a spring screw to complete the pump head and motherboard installation.
AMD AM3/AM4 (MB Without Backplate)
-
Insert screw bolts to AMD AM3 or AM4/AM5 backplate mounting holes.

Install screw bolt washers to lock the screw bolts & backplate.

Make sure the screw bolt is locked in on the backplate.

Install the backplate to the motherboard

Remove the copper cold plate protective film.

Install the AMD pump head mounting brackets.
-
Clean the CPU surface.
-
Apply and spread the thermal paste to the CPU evenly using the included spatula.

Place the stand-off to the backplate screw bolt.
-
Align the AMD pump head mounting brackets to backplate screw bolts, then place the pump head on the CPU carefully.

Using spring screw nuts to complete the pump head and motherboard installation
CABLE & CONNECTOR INSTALLATION
- Pump to Motherboard CPU Fan Socket (Please Set BIOS CPU Fan Speed at Full Speed Mode)
- Pump LED to ARGB Control Box
- ARGB Tube to ARGB Contro Box or Link with Pump LED 3P ARGB Connector
- Control Box Power Cable to PSU
- ARGB MB SYNC Signal to Motherboard ARGB Header
- ARGB Fan to ARGB Control Box

Caution: Please do not overpower the controller box, it is dangerous and
might cause damage!
CAUTION
- Please check your PSU 5V & 12V power output specification, make sure the PSU single 4pin Molex connector can support sufficient power output to avoid PSU cable overheating and meltdown.
- Please use at least 450W PSU and 18AWG thickness 4Pin Molex cable if connect more than 6 fans.
- It will NOT work with 4-pin RGB or 12V RGB fans or light stripes.
CAUTION
During installation when releasing the fan cable from the control box, please
push the connector locking clip to avoid damage, do not pull the fan cable
directly!
ARGB REMOTE CONTROLLER
CAUTION
To Sync with the ARGB motherboard, press the M/B SYNC button after connecting
the fans and ARGB cable to the motherboard ARGB header.
