PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The G3 sound mixer is a digital audio interface with mixer and sound card, a one-stop workstation for live streaming, podcast, recording and other content creations. It works well on smartphones, tablets and computers, including Android, iOS, Window and macOS, Linux. It is plug-and-play with no extra driver required. It offers channels of audio mixing and easy connections to microphones, smartphones, and other audio sources; uses advanced engineering that allows the user to control the sound levels in real time and add vocals effect and interesting sound effect, avoid to laborious post-production and editing.

PRODUCT INTERFACES
PC/Charging:
- USB-C port; recharge the mixer via this port, USB-C digital transmission port; It is for audio signal digital connection, can be connected to computer /smartphones to record/live stream, or input audio resources via this port.
NOTE: USB-C to lightning cable maybe can not be applied to using iPhone for live streaming, podcasting or recording via USB-C port.
Broadcast:
- 3.5mm TRRS port; By the port, the processed audio can be outputted to smartphone, tablet or other devices via a 3.5mm TRRS cable. Can live stream to multiple devices at the same time. Mainly use to smartphone or tablet live streaming or recording.
Tip: When you chat online with followers, fans and other streamers, the voice of other party can be input through the port. However, the volume of other party depends on the output volume of the other party, our mixer cannot control the volume.
Please use the USB-C or Lightning to 3.5mm adapter from the phone
Music:
3.5mm accompaniment music resources input port; Connect an external audio source or devices to the mixer via a 3.5mm audio cable, to input the background music during live streaming or recording. Can be connected to the smartphone headphone jack, PC earphone jack.
Audio:
- Connect audio playback devices, such as speaker, headphone.
Earphone:
- 3.5mm monitoring port. used for monitoring all sound resources of the mixer in real time, supports TRS/TRSS headphone.
Headset:
- 3.5mm TRRS port. Connect a headset microphone. used for vocals input via headset, also can real-time monitor all sound sources simultaneously.
Microphone:
- 3.5mm TRS mic port. Connect a (XLR to 3.5mm) condenser microphone that does not require external power supply.
- 【48V microphone needs to be connected to external phantom power, then use XLR-3.5mm mic cable to connect to the audio console】.
NOTE
- When G3 mixer is low power or is about to run out of power, it will make a lot of noise; the power is continuing to decrease, noise will be more and more loud. Please charge it as soon as possible.
PANEL FUNCTIONS INTRODUCTION
- Charging indicator light
- The Red indicator is on during charging, and the indicator will be off when fully charged.
- Power / Loopback button
- Long press 3s to power on/off; Short press to turn on/off the Loopback function: input the PC internal audio, such as music, web audio, game.
- Turning on Loopback will allow the G3 mixer to record the PC system internal audio from the USB-C OTG port input. If turned off, you can still hear the system audio via monitoring headphone, but it will not be recorded or heard by audience.
- Accompaniment music level indicator & breathing light
- Music Knob
- Adjust the input volume of music from smartphone, PC or BT(via OTG port, MUSIC port or BT)
- 12 step electronic music tunes
- Short press the Electronic button to cyclically switch the 12 tunes.
- Electronic button
- Short press to cyclically switch the 12-steps auto tunes, Long press to turn off the auto tune mode.
- Dodge button
- Short press to turn on/off the auto-ducking microphone audio function. when on, it will automatically lower the volume of background music while streamer speak; And restore the music volume after streamer stop speaking.
- VocalCut button
- Short press to turn on/off the function: remove 90% vocals in the current background music(only for the music inputted by BT and Music port).
- Denoise button
- Short press to turn on noise reduction function, then short press to cyclically switch denoising levels, Long press to turn off denoise function.
- Interesting Atmosphere Sound Effect Area
- Voice Changer button
- Goddess, Uncle and Fun-Voice; Short press Fun-Voice button to cyclically switch baby voice, Donald Duck voice, telephone voice, robot voice, etc voice changer modes.
- Pattern button
- short press to cyclically switch 5 preseted reverb modes: original sound mode, Karaoke mode, shout mode, popping mode, magic sound mode. The default is Karaoke mode.
- Pattern Indicator Lamp
- Indicates the current reverb mode, a total of five modes.
- Microphone Knob
- Adjust the input volume of mic(inputted via Headset, Microphone1~2, port).
- Microphone level indicator & breathing light
- BT indicator light
- BT button light will blink when BT is waiting for pairing. BT button light will be always on after BT connected successfully
- Microphone volume level indicator
- MIC EQ fader
- To up to increase treble effect of microphone vocals, slide down to increase bass effect of microphone vocals.
- ChangeVoice fader
- Fine-tune the current pitch effect in the Goddess, Uncle and Fun-Voice.
- Reverb fader
- Adjust the reverb effect of microphone sound.
- Monitor fader
- Adjust the monitoring volume of monitoring or speaker headphone(via Audio, Earphone and Headset ports).
- Record fader
- Adjust the output volume(output to live streaming or recording devices via USB-C or Broadcast ports).
- Music fader
- To up, increase treble effect of the singer’s vocals in background music; slide down, increase bass effect of the singer’s vocals in background music.
- Music volume level indicator
WARM TIPS
- The USB sound mixer is a entertaining sound card for online live streaming, podcast, and others. Its sound quality is not as professional as that of a professional audio mixer.
- The monitor volume is not the main output volume, and the volume heard by the monitor headset may not be the same as the main output volume. Monitor volume is the volume output to monitor earphones. The main output volume is the volume output to live broadcast devices or recording devices, separately adjusted by different faders
CONNECTION GUIDE
Live Streaming Or Recording On Smartphone
- Connect the live streaming smartphone, accompaniment smartphone, monitoring earphone and microphone to the mixer as shown in the above.
- Download or open the live steaming app on smartphone.
- Power on the mixer and set the voice effects needed and functions.
- Open the music app on the accompaniment phone and start live streaming.
WARM TIPS
- Please use the USB-C or Lightning to 3.5mm adapter from the manufacturer.
- USB-C to Lightning cable maybe can not be applied to the live streaming on iPhone via USB-C port. iPhone please use Lightning to 3.5mm adapter.
- The mixer simultaneously support live streaming up to 3 different smartphones, 2 microphones & 1 headset mic input. Do not have to connect all output and input ports if not needed.
- The smartphone or PC devices also can input the music via USB-C port.
- If has surroundings noise, please turn on Denoise function, or lower mic volume, or put the microphone away noise source.
- Remember: the Rocord fader control the main output volume(output to live streaming or recording devices)
- It is not recommended to use while charging.
Live Streaming Or Recording On PC
- Connect the accompaniment device, monitoring earphones, and microphone to the G3 mixer as shown in the above.
- Connect the PC and the mixer by USB-C cable.The computers generally automatically recognize the mixer ID.
- Enter the Sound settings panel of PC, and set the mixer “G3 SoundCard” as the system default input or output device, or playback device in “Playback” and recording device in “Recording” option, as shown in the down.
- Open the live streaming software, and accompaniment software on the computer.
- Set the input and output on live streaming platforms, and accompaniment software as G3 SoundCard.
WARM TIPS
- It is not recommended using Broadcast ports to connect PC for streaming or recording.
- Support live stream on computer and smartphone simultaneously.
- When only using one PC to live stream and want to simultaneously input the PC system audio, please turn on “LOOPBACK” function(short press the Power button to turn on)
Karaoke On Smartphone
- Connect the smartphone, headphone, microphone to the audio console as the above shows;
- Download the Karaoke app on your smartphone;
- Power on the audio console and debug the voice effects;
- Open the app on the smartphone and start to Karaoke sing.
BT Wireless Connection
- BT will automatically be turned on after powered on, and will automatically wait for pairing, the red BT indicator will blink.
- Search the device in phone BT menu, find the BT device of “G3 SoundCard”, and choose it to connect.
- After the smartphone BT is connected successfully to the mixer, the red BT indicator(on G3 mixer upper left corner of panel) is on always.
- Please play accompaniment on music player, after set up the mixer.
- Open the live streaming software on the smartphone or computer for live streaming.
Warm Tips
- BT connection is limited by distance(10 meter), do not place the too far away from the G3.
- Be far away from strong signal interference place.
- BT feature is only for accompaniment music playback.

TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLESHOOTING(FQA)
Q: The device does not work, or there is no sound suddenly.
- Answer: The battery is dead, please connect to USB cable to charge before use;
Q: There is a lot of noise during the live streaming.
- Answer: Check whether the headset is inserted in place, and then plug in the headset again;
- Whether the earphone is plugged into the corresponding identification position:
- Appropriately reduce the microphone input volume, and turn on noise reduction function;
- Check whether the battery is close to a dead state, please recharge it in time;
- If the PC is live streaming, and some laptops have interfering sound cards, try to unplug the computer’s charging cable;
Q: The microphone has no sound.
- Answer: Check the insertion position of the mic cable and make sure that the logo is face to you, or replacing the microphone cable to check if the microphone cable is faulty;
- The microphone sound is turned off to the minimum, then please monitor and increase gradually the voice volume of mic;
Q: The live streaming sound is small or silent.
- Answer: Check whether the live cable connection is plugged into the live streaming port;
- Replace audio cable or USB cable to check if whether the cable is faulty;
- Check whether the Record fader is turned on to the maximum;
- Check if your phone can record, then try live streaming again.
Question: The audience can’t hear the music when using PC live streaming, and it has no effect
- Answer: Check whether the USB cable is plugged into the USB-C OTG port, please use the configuration cable of this machine correctly;
- Check whether the Record fader is turned on to the maximum, push the fader to increase the output volume to the live streaming;
- Check whether the “LOOPBACK” function is turned on.
Q: The sound is not normal.
- Answer: This device has a variety of voice changing effects, please switch the sound mode to original sound mode;
- The earphone is incorrectly inserted in the headset position, please unplug it and insert it to the earphone mark position.
Q: Auto Ducking function not working
- Answer: It doesn’t work on a voice call, it works on podcast or live streaming with music.
NOISE TREATMENT
Noise reduction function
- G3 mixer has built-in noise reduction button (Denoise botton), if your room has much background noise, you can turn on the noise reduction function to filter background noise.
Low input and high output
- Reduce the input volume of the microphone on the G3 (to no noise), and then amplify the output volume (Record fader), similar to the compression effect.
Adjust microphone sensitivity
- If your microphone have Sensitivity adjustment knob on microphone, by the knob, you can lower the microphone pickup range and volume to reduce background noise.
Microphone placement
The condenser microphones are sensitive to sound pickup, have a wide pickup range, and can pick up background noise that our ears can not hear. Therefore, it is recommended to use it in a quiet environment; You can place the microphone away from noise sources, such as fans, air conditioner vents, and the main host of a desktop computer, ect.
Close to the microphone
- The louder the ambient noise, the closer the microphone should be, to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the recording and reduce the ambient noise recorded by the microphone.
Do not use while charging
- It is not recommended to use while charging, to avoid current sound.
Filter noise on live streaming software
- Add noise suppression and noise gate to the live streaming software, such as OBS Studio.
Acoustic treatment
- Some acoustic treatments can be done in the room, such as sound-absorbing foam, heavy curtains, thick carpets, sofas, bookcases, ect, can effectively reduce room reflection, reverb, echo, ect.
Sound quality
- G3 audio console is designed for live streaming, its sound quality is not as professional as a professional mixer.

- Everyone’s voice is different, it is recommended to wear monitoring headphones to adjust microphone EQ, reverb, pitch, ect.
WARM TIPS
- Please charge the audio console before using for the first time.
- If not used for a long period, please charge the audio console every 3 months.
- Charging is also possible when the power is off. and Do not charge for a long time.
- Please stop charging when the battery is fully charged to avoid over-charging.
