Product Overview

The G5Pro is a powerful all-in-one online entertaining audio solution for creators including podcasters, gamers and streamers, and more. A digital audio mixer with sound board and vocal effects, designed for live streaming, podcast and other content creation.

Every feature is designed to make your sound amazing, with absolute ease, super simple and intuitive hands-on controls. G5Pro Ports Connection

1. 5V Charging
   DC+5v recharge; OTG port; Used for charging and OTG digital connection; It is for audio signal line out/in, can be connected to PC/smartphones to record. works as a PC live streaming or recording port and PC background music input iport; The G5Pro serves as an external audio console for the computer, laptop, smartphone and tablet while streaming, recording or singing.

2. Live
   Two 3.5mm line out ports; The processed audio can be output to the smartphone, tablet, PC or other device through a 3.5mm TRRS cable. Can be connected to the computer microphone jack or phone earphone jack when live streaming; Can live stream to multiple platforms at the same time. iPhone need 3.5mm to lightning adapter(but not included) It is not recommended to use this port to connect PC devices, due to the computer sound card, current, magnetic and other interference, the noise will be arger.

3. Accompaniment
   3.5mm input accompaniment port; Connect an external audio source or devices to G5Pro audio console via 3.5mm audio cable, to play background music during live streaming or audio production. Connected to the smartphone headphone jack, desktop computer earphone jack or laptop 3.5mm jack.

4. Musical Instrument
   3.5mm input port; 3.5mm Music instruments devices accompaniment input.

5. Dynamic mic
   6.35mm input port; Connected to 6.35mm dynamic microphone or musical instruments.

6. Speaker/Output
   3.5mm output port; Connect audio playback device such as speakers and headphones.

7. Monitor
   3.5mm port; Monitor earphone port, used to monitor all sound of audio console in real-time.

8. Headset
   3.5mm port; Used to sound input by a earphone with microphone. ALSO used to monitor all sound of audio console in real-time.

9. Microphone
   3.5mm port; Connect a 3.5 mm condenser microphone that does not require external power supply. (48V microphone need a phantom power then use XLR to 3.5mm mic cable to connect the G5Pro audio console microphone jack)

NOTE
It is not recommended to use while charging.
The Speaker/output port can also be connected to monitor headphones for monitoring all sounds.
The Headset port also can be used as a monitoring port, it is recommended to use a headset without a microphone function.

ZPanel Buttons & Knobs Function Definition

1. Treble knob
   Adjust the treble effect of the vocal voice of the microphone/headset.

2. Bass knob
   Adjust the bass effect of the microphone/headset vocals.

3. B-T indicator light
   Flashes when BT is waiting for connection, and always on when connected successfully.

4. Midrange knob
   Adjust the midrange effect of the microphone/headset vocals.

5. Battery indicator light when working, it will be red when the USB charging, and green when it is fully charged.

6. Microphone knob
   Adjust the input volume of condenser microphone/dynamic mic/headset.

7. Denoise button
   Turn on/off the noise reduction function, to filter background noise.

8. Eliminate vocals button when turn on the function, can eliminate 85% the singer’s vocals of current background music.

9. B-T button
   Turn on/off the BT function of the G5Pro to input music accompaniment.

10. Internal-play button
    Turning on/off Loopback function, when on, will allow the G5Pro to input the PC internal audio via the USB-C digital connection, and audience can hear the sound inside your PC, such game audio, music, web audio; If turned off, you can still hear the system audio from monitoring, but it will not be recorded, and audience can not hear the sound inside your PC.
    11~16. 6 preseted sound mode buttons
    Short press the corresponding button to open the corresponding sound scene mode.

11. Recording knob
    Adjust the master output volume(output to live streaming devices or recording devices).

12. Monitor knob
    Adjust the monitoring volume of the earphone/headset.

13. Reverb knob
    Adjust the effect of reverberation; in original sound mode, the reverberation effect can be adjusted from the minimum to the maximum, and other modes can be fine-tuned.

14. Popular atmosphere sound effects area 15 interesting sound effects for atmosphere creation.

15. Speaker/Output knob
    Adjust the output volume( output to speaker, audio, etc, playback devices).

16. Music instrument knob
    Adjust the input volume of the musical instrument.

17. Voice Changer knob
    Fine-tune the 4 voice-change of “male to female”, “female to male”, “Maiden tone” and “uncle tone”, only for voice-changing mode. It is recommended to use knobs such as treble, midrange and bass to adjust the effect better.

18. Warm-up sound effect area
    16 popular atmosphere sound effects for enlivening atmosphere .

19. Accompaniment knob
    Adjust the input volume of background music.

20. Voice-changing button area
    Switch 6 kinds of interesting voice-changing modes.

21. Accompaniment EQ knob
    Adjust the treble and low bass effect of the accompaniment music. To the left, increase the vocal bass effect in the accompaniment song; To the right, increases the treble effect of the vocals in the accompaniment song.

22. Dodge knob
    Auto ducking microphone audio input; the mixer will lower the music volume while streamer speak, recover music volume when stop speaking; Adjust the auto ducking effect by the knob.

23. Light knob
    Adjust the intensity of all lights on the sound card pads or panel

24. Electronic tone button area
    12-step electronic music tones. Short press an electronic music tone button to switch to the electronic music tone.

25. Accompaniment level indicator: real-time display of background music volume.

26. Microphone level indicator: real-time display of microphone volume.

Application

4.1 live streaming on smartphone 4.2 live streaming on PC 4.3 Tips

• If need cable adapter, please purchase the USB-C/Lightning to 3.5mm audio adapter from the phone manufacturer.
• You can stream to computer and smartphone at the same time.
• The G5Pro can support live streaming up to 3 devices and take up to 3 microphones(2 condenser mic + 1 dynamic mic) input at the same time. You do not have to connect all output and input devices if not needed.
• Please “Internal-play(Loopback)” function when use computer live streaming or playing music.
• You can use the USB-C data cable to connect to the computer, power bank and power adapter for charging via USB-C port.
• When multiple people live streaming or podcast at the same time, you can use the three ports of Speaker/output, Monitor, and Headset as monitoring ports. Note: Headset port recommends using monitoring headphones without microphone function.

Computer or Laptop Live Streaming Settings (USB connection)

After connected computer, find the small speaker in the lower right corner of the computer screen, right-click—select the Open Sound Setting, if not, you can select Playback device and the Recording device. Then set both the input and output (or speaker on the playback page and the microphone on the recording page) to: ” G5Pro SoundCard”. After setting, click Apply to confirm.
The software used by the computer also needs to be set, such as accompaniment software and live stream software. In the software-“Settings”, set the audio input and output of “sound card”, “audio output”, “microphone”, etc. to: “G5Pro SoundCard”, click Apply and confirm. Warm Tip: Above setting is for USB digital connection when live streaming or playing music on desktop computer or laptop.

BT Connection

For the first time, the sound card will automatically wait for BT to be searched after power on the unit. the effective range of received signals is less than 10 meters. The ID number of this device is “G5Pro SoundCard” , Playing music on smartphones and transmitting it to the device via BT can be used as music accompaniment.
Tip: BT feature is only for accompaniment music playback

Technical Parameters

Common troubleshooting

8.1 Cannot boot
Please check if the podcast console has power, please charge it and then turn it on.
8.2 No sound from accompaniment music

1. Please check whether the external audio source is connected to the accompaniment port of the auido console.
2. Please check whether the accompaniment volume control knob on the left is turned on.
3. Please check the volume of the accompaniment device.

8.3 No sound from monitoring headphones

1. Please check whether the headphone cable is inserted into the correct port. It should be inserted to the “Monitor” or “Speaker/output” port.
2. Please check whether is the “Monitor Knob” of the audio console on. You can gradually increase the monitoring volume by rotating it clockwise.

8.4 No sound from the microphone

1. Please check whether the microphone is correctly connected to the microphone port. If not, please insert again.
2. Please check whether the microphone knob on the right is turned on. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the microphone volume slowly.
3. Please check whether is the “Monitor Knob” of the audio console on. You can gradually increase the monitoring volume by rotating it clockwise.
4. Please confirm with your microphone supplier whether your microphone can be used with this audio console, or consult us for the recommended microphone model.

8.5 No sound in live streaming room

1. Please check whether the “Record” knob on the audio console is turned on, and rotate the “Record knob”clockwise to slowly increase the volume output to the live streaming devices.
2. Please check whether the audio console “G5Pro SoundCard” has been set as the default input and output or playback and recording device of the computer and live streaming software.

8.6 The sound is not normal.

1. This device has a variety of tone-shifting effects, please switch the sound effect to original sound mode;
2. The earphone is incorrectly inserted in the headset position, please unplug it and insert it to the earphone mark position.

8.7 There is a lot of noise during the live streaming.

1. Check whether the headset is inserted in place, and then plug in the headset again;
2. Appropriately reduce the microphone input volume;
3. Check whether the battery is close to a dead state, please charge it in time;
4. If the PC is live streaming, and some laptops have interfering sound cards, try to unplug the computer’s charging cable
5. if the noise is pickuped by microphone, please turn on noise reduction function or replace a quiet place.

Warm Tips

• Please not use while charging.

• Please charge the audio console before using for the first time, stop charging when the battery is fully, do not charge for a long time.

• If not used for a long period, please charge the audio console every 3 months. Charging is also possible when the power is off.

• BT feature is only for accompaniment music playback. BT connection is limited by distance.
  Please do not place the too far away from the audio console to avoid interference.

• During using PC live streaming or playing music, please turn on the “Loopback” function.

• To avoid personal injury or property damage caused by high temperature, noise, radiation, fire, machinery and other factors, please use this product in a safe environment, and read carefully and observe the following：
  ① If you encounter product heat, smoke, odor, etc. during use, please turn off the power and cut the power in time, and send it to the seller for maintenance.
  ② Please do not modify, disassemble or repair this equipment by yourself to avoid invalidating the product warranty or causing personal injury. If necessary, please contact the customer service to deal with it.
  ③ This product should be used and stored in a dry, ventilated, and safe environment. Do not use this product in a humid, dusty environment.
  ④ Please avoid rain and dust entering the product to avoid short circuit. Close to the fire, collision and severe vibration will cause irreversible damage to the product damage.
  ⑤This product cannot be used as a children’s toy, please place it out of the reach of children.
