Product Usage Instructions

Turning On and Turning Off

To turn on the device, press the start-up button. The LED light will flash blue quickly until the heart rate is found. To turn off the device, hold the start-up button until the LED flashes red and vibrates, and then it enters the shutdown state.

Heart Rate Zones

The device indicates different heart rate zones through LED colors:

  • Zone 1: Light blue (Below 60% MHR)
  • Zone 2: Blue (61%~70% MHR)
  • Zone 3: Green (71%~80% MHR)
  • Zone 4: Orange (81% ~ 90% MHR)
  • Zone 5: Red (above 91% MHR)

Power and Charging

  • a. Low Power Alert: LED flashes red and green alternately and vibrates once.
  • b. Charging: LED flashes green and remains on with green when fully charged.

Wearing Instructions

Wear the armband on the upper portion of the forearm with the sensor on the inside or top of the forearm. Ensure it is snug enough not to move but not too tight to restrict the arm circulation.

Initial Setup with BLE Smart Devices

For Fitness Apps:

  1. Set BLE to ON on the device.
  2. Find Sensor Settings in the BLE Smart Fitness App.
  3. Connect the armband by turning it on.

For Sports Watches, Fitness Equipment & GYM Team Training Systems:

  1. Select Add HR sensor from the device settings menu.
  2. Connect the armband by turning it on.

Compatible Apps and Models

The armband is compatible with iOS 9.0 and above for iPhone 5s and newer models, and any Bluetooth 5.0-enabled Android device with Android 4.3 and above. Compatible Apps include Wahoo, Polar Beat, Strava, Zwift, Peloton, Heartool, etc.

Function and Operation

  • Turn on: Press the start-up button, and the LED light will flash blue quickly until the heart rate is found.
  • Turn-off: Hold the start-up button, The LED will flash a red light and vibrate, then enter the shutdown state.

  • Heart rate   alarm: if the heart rate exceeds the maximum value, the sensor will vibrate 3 times continuously

Power:
