POWER AND PAIRING INSTRUCTIONS
POWER ON/OFF
- Turn the unit on via the On/Off volume switch on the back of the unit or via the remote control.
PAIRING DEVICES TO THE SPEAKER:
- Power on the Soundbar.
- Keep the distance between your device and the speaker within 3 feet (for pairing only).
- Activate the Bluetooth function on your source device.
- Select “Xtreme XBS9-1076” from the devices list and follow the on-screen prompts to finish the pairing process.
- After successfully pairing the speaker to your device, a tone will sound.
- Once paired, audio will be received and will sound from the Sound bar.
- Adjust the volume on the top of the speaker, or via the wireless remote.
- Note: After successfully pairing once, the devices will remember each other. To manually enter pairing mode, press and hold the Play/Pause button on the top of the Sound bar until the Sound bar prompts you to pairing mode. Follow the above instructions to complete the pairing process.
MODE OPERATIONS
Press the dedicated mode buttons on the remote control or the “M” button on the top of the speaker to change modes. The speaker will sound out what mode is selected. Depending on certain modes that require external devices to be connected, whilst switching modes, that mode may be skipped because nothing is connected and detected.
- Bluetooth Mode
- Stream audio from your smartphone, TV or other Bluetooth enabled device to the speaker. See Pairing instructions for more information on device pairing. Use the remote control or playback control on the speaker.
- Aux 3.5mm Input Mode
- Connect a 3.5mm cable between the input of the Soundbar and the output of the source device.
- The Soundbar should automatically switch to Aux Mode, if this does not happen, manually select Aux mode via the remote control or via the M button on the top of the Soundbar.
- Lower the volume on the Sound bar and begin audio playback from your source device.
- Once an ideal playback level from your source device has been set, control the overall volume from the Increase and Decrease buttons on the top of the Sound bar or the remote control.
- S/PDIF Optical Input Mode
- Connect an optical cable between the Sound bar and the source device.
- The Soundbarshould automatically switch to S/PDIF Optical Mode, if this does not happen, manually select S/PDIF Optical mode via the remote control or via the M button on the top of the Soundbar.
- Lower the volume on the Sound bar and begin playback on the source device.
- Raise the volume of the Sound bar via the Increase and Decrease buttons on the top of the Soundbar.
- Digital Coaxial Input Mode
- Connect a Coaxial cable between the Sound bar and the source device.
- The Soundbarshould automatically switch to Coaxial Mode, if this does not happen, manually select Coaxial mode via the remote control or via the M button on the top of the Sound bar.
- Lower the volume on the Sound bar and begin playback on the source device.
- Raise the volume of the Sound bar via the Increase and Decrease buttons on the top of the Soundbar.

Please read and understand all instructions before using this product. If damage is caused by failure to follow the instructions, this warranty is null and void. Keep these instructions for future reference.
- Loud sounds can cause serious and permanent hearing loss, always use caution.
- Only use the Power Adapter that was supplied with the product.
- Do not stare at LED’s.
- Do not operate the unit other than as stated in this manual.
- Do not leave the device unattended while in use.
- Do not drop, puncture, or disassemble this product.
- Do not expose this product to moisture of any kind including water or any other type of liquid.
- Do not expose this product to dirt, sand, or similar matter.
- Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause damage.
- Do not expose this product to open flames.
- Do not use the product in a strong magnetic field.
- Use clean, soft cloth to clean. Do not use any corrosive cleaners/oils to clean.
- Do not attempt to repair the device or open the unit as this will void the warranty.
- Do not charge, or use, the product if it has been submerged in water, or if water has got inside the product.
- Do not expose product to heat sources, the sun, flames, fire or leave in a hot vehicle.
- Do not expose the product to extremely high or low temperatures.
- Use this product in a location with a temperature of 32°F – 95°F.
- Do not place anywhere where the product would become crushed or punctured.
- This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children or those that require supervision.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the unit.

This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjucntion with any other antenna or transmitter.
WARRANTY
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Xtreme warrants its products for one year against defects in manufacturing
under regular consumer use with original receipt of retail purchase.
We believe in our products and want to provide you with a replacement if
needed, but we have to know about the problem while the product is still under
warranty. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us
about receiving a replacement. In order to use the products warranty the
customer must provide proof of the retailers receipt.
Any customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for shipping and
handling charges if a replacement is required that is not due to a
manufacturing defect. If there is not a manufacturing defect, shipping and
handling will be applied.
Xtreme’s warranty is limited to our products only. Our warranty does not cover
the replacement or repair cost of any third-party accessory, electronic device
or personal property.
