Your TW-X earphones and charging case have built-in rechargeable batteries for convenient wireless use. Be sure to fully charge the batteries before initial use or when the wireless earphones have not been used for an extended period of time.

USING EARPHONES
- Power ON/Power Off Press and hold the left and right multifunction touch sensors for 3 seconds to power on the earphones. After powering on, your earphones will pair with each other and enter pairing mode. Press and hold for 4 seconds to power them off.
- Hands-free Phone Operations: To answer incoming calls, single press the left or right multifunction touch sensor. To hang up a current call, double-press the left or right multifunction touch sensor. To reject an incoming call, press and hold the left or right multifunction touch sensor for 2-3 seconds.
- Playing/Pause: Single press the left or right multifunction touch sensor to play or pause audio.
- Voice Assistant: Press and hold the left or right multifunction touch sensor to activate the voice assistant.
- Volume Down: To decrease the volume, double press the left multifunction touch sensor.
- Previous Track: To go to the previous song, or rewind the current song, triple-press the left multifunction touch sensor.
- Volume Up: To increase the volume, double-press the right multifunction touch sensor.
- Next Track: To go to the next song, triple-press the right multifunction touch sensor.
BLUETOOTH° CONNECTION
Power on the True Wireless Bluetooth Earphones. The True Wireless earphones
will automatically pair to each other at power on and enter pairing mode.
Enable Bluetooth on the phone or device that you want to pair. Select
“XBE9-0135-BLK” from the list of available Bluetooth devices to pair and
connect. The unit will prompt a signal tone followed by the words “connected”
to confirm that you have paired successfully.
Charging Your Earphones and Case:
The charging case has a digital display that indicates the current battery
life of the case. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the earbud charging
case’s USB Type-C port. Insert the other end to a 5V USB power source(not
included). The digital display will begin to flash, indicating that the case
is being charged, and will display the number “100” when it is fully charged.
Place the True Wireless Earphones inside of the charging case. The charging
lights on the earbuds will turn solid red during charging and will become
solid blue when they are fully charged.
Note: The True Wireless Earphones can be charged up to 3 times in a fully
charged charging case.
Mono Mode Pairing The two earphones can be paired with the Bluetooth device
separately. Follow the pairing instruction in the previous step, to pair one
earbud separately.
Note: The next time the earphones are powered on, they will automatically
connect the previously connected phone/device.
Auto Power Of To conserve battery life, the earphones will auto power off if
disconnected from the device’s Bluetoothe signal for 3 to 5 minutes.
Note: The functional operation may vary depending on the connected
device. In some cases, the touch functions may operate differently from how
they are described above.
USEFUL TIPS
- Performance can be affected by the environment or when the earphones become discharged
- Interruption can be caused by obstacles between the earphones and the Bluetooth device, by wi-fi or other high-frequency signals, or if the earphones are brought out of range of the Bluetooth device (approx. 33 ft)
- To maintain healthy battery performance, charge the charging case (and earphones) periodically, if not in use
SAFETY AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- This product contains a non-replaceable rechargeable lithium-ion battery. When discarding, follow your local/state guidelines.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the unit.
- Disconnect the USB cable once the product is fully charged.
- Do not expose to heat sources or leave in a location that is likely to get excessively hot.
- Do not let the product get wet.
- Do not disassemble.
- Performance can be affected by the environment or when the product becomes discharged.
- Interruption can be caused by obstacles between the product and the Bluetooth device, by Wi-Fi or other high-frequency signals, or If the product is brought out of range of the Bluetooth device.
- Charge fully before storing for a long period.
Note: Lithium-ion batteries will self-discharge over time. To ensure battery life, do not store the product in an uncharged state for a length of time. If left in a discharged state for too long a lithium-ion battery will no longer have the ability to be recharged.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

Restart the phone/device.
Check with a different music source.
Poor Sound Quality.| Move your mobile device closer to the earphones and away
from any interference or obstructions.
Charge the battery.
Check with a different music source.
Battery Won’t Charge.| Ensure that charging cable is connected securely.
Make sure the charging cable or charging connector is not damaged.
Make sure that the charging connection is not dirty resulting in poor contact
between earphones and charging case contacts.
Try a different charging source.
Functions not working as described in the manual.| Depending on the
phone/device some of the functions, such as the music/track control functions,
may not operate as described. But, all the main features should be operated
correctly.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Xtreme warrants its products for one year against defects in manufacturing
under regular consumer use with the original receipt of retail purchase. We
believe in our products and want to provide you with a replacement if needed,
but we have to know about the problem while the product is still under
warranty. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us
about receiving a replacement. In order to use the product’s warranty, the
customer must provide proof of the retailer’s receipt. *Any customers outside
of the U.S. will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if a
replacement is required that is not due to a manufacturing defect. If there is
no manufacturing defect, shipping and handling will be applied. Xtreme’s
warranty is limited to our products only. Our warranty does not cover the
replacement or repair cost of any third-party accessory, electronic device, or
