Pull Up and Dip Station Dip Stand Power Tower
Directions (Please read the Instruction manual before use)
Thank you for purchasing the pull-up device. In order to use the product correctly, please read the Instruction manual carefully.
- Please follow the installation method in the Instruction manual and assemble correctly.
- It takes about 50 minutes to assemble.
- Please check all parts carefully and make sure the belt is firmly fixed before use.
- Equipment should be checked regularly. When the parts are abnormal or loose, they must be repaired in time.
- Please place the equipment on the level ground. Make sure there are no sharp tools around.
- Please follow the coach’s instructions.
- Do not use for pregnant women, patients with heart disease or hypertension.
A. Training time and times vary from person to person, please make reasonable
arrangements.

Picture Ais the correct pull-up motion.
Picture B is the wrong pull-up motion.
The wrong action may cause the equipment to tilt violently, or even cause
accidental overturning, so do not carry out dangerous action.

Assembly Sequence 1
- Please use four screws (a) to assemble left and right support base(7) and main support bracket(1)
- Insert the screw from the bottom, put the large washer down and put the small washer on top.
Pay attention: Please do not tighten the screw first
Assembly Sequence 2
Please use four screws (a) and four screws (b) to assemble support lever(4)
and main support bracket(1) .
Pay attention: Please do not tighten the screw first
Assembly Sequence 3
- Please use four screws(a)to assemble Connecting lever(5)and main support bracket(1)
- Please place the large washer outside.
Pay attention: Please do not tighten the screw first
Assembly Sequence 4
- Please use two screws(c) to assemble Backrest lever(3) and main support bracket(1).
Pay attention: Please do not tighten the screw first
Assembly Sequence 5
Please Insert Height adjusting lever(2) into the main support bracket(1).
Assembly Sequence 5
- Assemble Horizontal bar(5) and Height adjusting lever(2) with screws(d)
Pay attention: In terms of the assembly sequence, awasher must be used and placed underneath.
Assembly sequence 7
- Adjust Height adjusting lever(2) to the desired height and fix it with the adjustable screws(e)
Pay attention: Tighten all screws.
So assembly was completed
