Specifications

  • Power On: Automatically when earbuds are taken out, or manually by long-pressing the button of the charging case for 3 seconds

FAQs

  • Q: How do I know if the battery is low?
    • A: If the battery is low, a Battery low prompt will be heard every 4 minutes.
  • Q: How do I disconnect a paired device?
    • A: Long-press the button on the charging case for 2 seconds to disconnect the paired device.
  • Q: How do I switch between music and game modes?
    • A: Click the left/right earbud for 4 times to switch between Music Mode and Game Mode.

Connection

  • Turn on: Automatically turn on after taking the earbuds out, coming with a POWER ON prompt.
  • It can be turned on manually by long-pressing the botton of charging case for 3 seconds.
  • The earbuds will automatically turn off when placed back into the charging case.
  • It will also turn off if there is no paired device within 3 minutes or if the battery voltage drops below 3.0V. A “Power off” prompt will be heard.
  • If the battery is low, a “Battery low” prompt will be heard every 4 minutes.

Bluetooth Pairing

  • When turned on, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when first used.
  • Simply turn on Bluetooth to search and select the device named “MOCA”.
  • You’ll hear the prompt of connected, or Disconnected.

Disconnect the paired device, connect the new device

  • Long-press the button of the charging case for 2s to disconnect the paired device when the earbuds are put back into the charging case with the case lid opened.
  • (The indicator will flash twice if the disconnection is successful. If not, the indicator will disappear after flashing seven times.)

Reconnection

  • The earbuds will automatically reconnect the last paired device when taken out from the charging case.
  • The earbuds will be automatically reconnected when it steps in the effective working distance within 3 minutes.

Operation

  • Play/pause: click the left/right earbud
  • Previous: Double-click the left earbud
  • Next: Double-click the right earbud
  • Answer: Click the left/right earbud
  • Decline: Long press left/right earbud for 1.5s
  • Hang up: Long press left/right earbud for 1.5
  • Call transfer: Click the left/right earbud
  • Switch the call: Double-click the left/right earbud
  • Assistant: Triple-click the left/right earbud
  • Noise-canceling switch : Long-press left/right for 1s to enter the prompt reminder
  • Noise-canceling: Sh LED indicator keeps on
  • Standard mode: Eh? LED indicator disappear
  • Transparency   mode: Heh! LED indicator flashes
  • Game (Low-latency) Mode: click the left/right earbud for 4 times

You’ll hear the prompt of Music Mode / Game Mode.

Notice:

  1. When the music player is turned on, the music automatically starts playing after wearing the earbuds, and it will pause after taking off either one or both earbuds.
  2. It will automatically switch to the transparency mode when one earbud is removed in the noise canceling/standard mode, and will revert back to the previous mode after re-wearing the earbud.

Charging indicators

  • This product supports both wired charging and wireless charging.
  • The LED light will flash while charging and will turn off once fully charged.
  • (The three indicators correspond to different battery levels: 1%-33%, 34%-66%, and 67%-100% respectively.)
  • To check the available battery, you can do so by placing the earbuds into the charging case, opening the charging case, or clicking the button of the charging case. The indicator will show the battery status of the charging case.
  • When the battery is low, one of the indicators will disappear after a single flash, and during charging, one of the indicators will disappear after flashing three times.

Restore factory setting

  • To clear the paired information, long-press the button of the charging case for 6 seconds when the earbuds are in the charging case and the charging case is opened.
  • The three LED indicators will turn on in sequence and then turn off after a successful reset.

The use and function of APP

  • Download the MOONDROP LINK 2.0 through the official website, Google APP, or App tore.
  • The APP provides tuning switching, function customization, noise-canceling switching, and other expanded functions.
