Parallel C5 Alphacool ES Distro Plate

Read the safety instructions before starting the installation.

Function

The guide lines on the distributor make it easier to follow the water flow. The connections marked here in RED can each be used as IN or OUT. The connection options can be distributed as a total group or individual groups.

Velcro assembly

Remove the protective film from the Velcro tape on one side. Do not touch the adhesive surface. The adhesive is difficult to remove.

Stick the Velcro tape onto the distributor as shown.

Remove the second protective film from the Velcro tape. Again, make sure that the adhesive is difficult to remove.

Stick the distributor in a place of your choice. Important: After gluing, you cannot correct the position, or only with difficulty.

Bracket assembly

120 Bracket

Screw the 120 holders to the manifold with the 4 M3x4 screws as shown

120-140 Bracket

Screw the 120 – 140 brackets to the manifold with the 4 M3x4 screws as shown

Now mount the distributor with the bracket, the 4 M3x8 and M3 nuts on a fan location. The distributor can also be mounted directly on a fan or radiator.

First screw in all the screw plugs that are covered by the stand bracket with the tool. Then screw the holder to a place of your choice with the screws. The examples show you some possibilities of fastening.

Connection options

There is a wide range of hosing options. We show you some examples with the help of pictures.

The In and OUT are freely selectable. Please note that the hoses must be connected in such a way that a water circuit is formed.

Commissioning

Check all connections. The unused connections must be closed with a screw plug, shown here in RED in the picture
