First Start & Re-Pairing

Please make sure the charging Case has remaining power. Open the charging case lid, both earbuds will automatically enter TWS pairing mode. After successfully pairing with each other, the indicator on the main earphone will flash in red and white, the indicator of the second earphone will stay white,
Then the earphones will enter pairing mode, -
Find and click”SOUNDPEAIS Life” in the Bluetooth list of your device to connection. The indicators of both earphones will stay on after successfully connected.

SOUNDPEATS Life Bluetooth earphones can remember previously paired devices, When you make the second connection, simply acTivate the
Bluetooth in your device and fake out both earbuds from the charging case at the same time, these earphones will automatically connect to each other and pair with your device. If the earphones can’t pair with your device automatically, please activate the Bluetooth in your device and choose “SOUNDPEAIS Life” to connect.
Reset
Please fry fo reset the earphones according to the following steps if the earphones fail to build a connection or re-pair with your devices.
- Clean pairing record of the earphones in all your devices,
- Place back both earphones into the charging case and make sure they are in the charging statfus. The indicator of the charging case ill flash once when the earphones are successfully put in.
- Keep the charging case lid open, press and hold the button of the charging case for 10s until the white light flashes twice, and reset completely.
- Close the lid and open it again to activates the earphones.
Wearing
- Identify the left and right earbuds according to the “L” and “R logos on each side of the earphones.
- Rotate earphones and find the most comfortable position.

Q. What does the indicator light of the charging case mean?

- When charging the case, the indicator light shows:
- Open the charging case lid, and every time you place báck or fake out the earphones, the indicator of the charging case will flash once and stay on for 10s(the indicator light will change according to the remaining power of the charging case).
Q2: How to charge the earphones and the charging case?
- When the earphone is in low power state, a low-power prompt will be broadcast. You can place back the earphones into the charging case to charge them.
- Please use a Type-C adapter to charge the case (current no more than 1A).
- Please charge the earbuds and charging Case at least once per 3 months when not in use for a long time.
Q3: Why are the earphones still connected to my phone after placing them back and closing the case lid?
- The charging case has no remaining power. The case can’t turn off the earbuds if the case battery is dead.
- Please make sure the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case, and make sure the charging contactors and PIN pins are clean. Please try to clean where the charging case and the earphones are in contact with a microfiber cloth.
