This appliance is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use

IMPORTANT

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • In spite of the fact that the appliance has built-in thermal cut-off indicator, it is not recommended to cover the appliance by any items (blanket, towel, etc.) to avoid fire.
  • To avoid the appliance’s damage do not insert any items into the appliance.
  • Never put the front side of the appliance (grill) closer than 1 meter to the wall, furniture and other objects in the room as to avoid fire.
  • Never insert pens, pencils or any other objects through the grill when the appliance is turning on.
  • Never immerse the appliance or power cord into water.
  • Never use the appliance with wet hands.
  • Never use the appliance in the wet places(bath, etc).
  • Never use the appliance on a damp surface/floor.
  • Use the appliance only on solid and level surface.
  • Never let the turned on appliance be unattended.
  • Never use the appliance with over lighted cord.
  • Never use the appliance with an extension cord.
  • Before the first operating make sure that the voltage in your wall outlet is the same as on the appliance’s rating label marked.
  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • Do not use any abrasive, chemical or alcohol-contained cleaners for cleaning the appliance.
  • Never use the damaged appliance or appliance with damaged cord/plug.
  • Never use the appliance with the damaged wall outlet.
  • Never use the appliance near or on the hot surfaces.
  • Never let the cord hang over the edge of table or touch any hot surfaces.
  • Use only attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Always unplug the appliance when it is not is use.
  • Never let the children operate the appliance.
  • Give a high attention when the appliance is being used near the children.
  • Use only the appliance for it’s direct purpose.
  • Never expose the appliance to fall down or to be kicked.
  • Repair the appliance only in authorized service center. Do not repair the appliance by yourself.
  • While using the appliance, please observe the safety precautions.
  • Incorrect operation and improper handing can lead to malfunction of the appliance and injuries to the user.

OPERATION

  7. Place the appliance on level, smooth and stable surface.

  8. Before the first operating make sure, that thermostat is turned counterclockwise up to stop and power switch is in “0” (OFF) position.

  9. Plug in the appliance.

  10. Turn power switch to , “I” or “II” position:
    – Fan mode
    “I” – Medium power heat (750W)

  11. Turn the thermostat clockwise until you hear the click.

  12. If you want to change the temperature, turn the thermostat clockwise to raise the temperature or counter clockwise to lower it.JOCEL JAC013088 Ceramic Heater - power switch clockwise Note: if you turn thermostat counterclockwise for sizeable distance and hear click-the appliance will switch off.

  13. To switch off the appliance, turn the thermostat counter clockwise up to stop and turn the power switch to “0” (OFF) position.

  14. Unplug the appliance.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

If you cover the appliance by any item (towel, blanket, etc.), the appliance reaches high temperature and then turns off. Remove all the items that caused overheat (towel, blanket, etc.) and unplug the appliance. When the unit cools down, plug it and turn on again.JOCEL JAC013088 Ceramic Heater - Safety

CLEANING

Before cleaning always turn off the appliance, unplug it and let the appliance to cool down. To remove dust from the appliance use dry cloth or vacuum cleaner.
STORAGE
Store the appliance in a cool and dry place. Do not throw away the gift box. You may use it to store the appliance in summer time.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

  1. The warranty is valid only on presentation of invoice of purchase.
  2. This WARRANTY is limited exclusively to parts substitution ineffective due to faulty manufacture, made in our workshops.
  3. The elimination of several faults of the scope of the guarantee is made for repair or replacement of defective parts, according to the discretion of our technical services. Defectiveparts are our property.
  4. Are not covered under warranty damage caused by transportation, neglect or poor use, improper assembly or installation, as well as external influences such as: lightning strikes or power, flooding, humidity, etc..
  5. Lose warranty, all appliances that are not being used according to the instructions, or connected to FEEDING NETWORKS not guarantee a constant voltage of 220/240V.
  6. The warranty does not cover damages for personal injury or damage caused directly or indirectly in any capacity whatsoever.
  7. This warranty terminates when it is found to have been undergoing repairs, alterations or interventions by any person not authorized by Jocel.

THE WARRANTY EXPIRES

  1. If the appliance has not been installed by an Accredited Technician.
  2. Exceeded the period of 2 years for home appliances and 06 months for industrial appliances, warranty expires and assistance will be made by charging the costs of manpower, according to current fees.
  3. With the modification or disappearance of the nameplate of the appliance.
