Quick Instructions for Bracelet
Introduction of Main Parts
XThe additional function like message push may not compatiable with some
smartphones
X All test data of this product only provide auxiliary sport reference. Not
for any medical purpose.
Instruction for Charging
For initial use, please take out the bracelet and charge it with the corresponding charger. When charging, the bracelet will turn on automatically (the charging method is that the clip charger is aligned with 2 points .) The battery grid displays in scrolls when charging and the grid will be full when it is fully charged.
Instruction for Wearing
1. The bracelet is best worn behind the styloid process of ulna.
2. Adjust the size suitable for wrist through the adjustment hole, and then
fix it by buckling with the strap;
3. Keep the sensor close to the skin and avoid moving.

Device Connection
In the APP, please first set up your personal information: Me —► Personal
– You can set your personal information such as avatar, gender, age, height,
and weight to improve the data accuracy.
– You can customize your daily exercise goals and reasonable exercise planning
to improve your physical fitness.
Reminder
The reminder function needs to be activated at the Setting Center of the APP. The mobile phone and the bracelet need to be connected successfully through the Bluetooth, so that the bracelet will vibrate as a reminder when any message comes.
Call Reminderwhen receiving a call, The device will vibrate and display with
caller ID/number. Some type of smartphone may display with “unknown” which is
normal.
SMS Reminder: When receiving a message, The device will display with message
icon, Please enter the message mode to check the content.
APP Reminder: When there are new WeChat or QQ messages, the bracelet will
vibrate and display the WeChat or QQ icon as a reminder.
Intelligent Alarm Clock: you can set three alarm clocks, which will be
synchronized with the bracelet; it is a silent alarm clock, the bracelet will
give off a moderate vibration when the alarm clock is activated, and it
supports offline alarm clock reminder.
Sedentary Reminder: The default reminder interval is one hour; if the user
does not have any activity within the set time after it is turned on, the
bracelet will vibrate to remind the user to move around.
Other Reminder: When there are other messages such as mails, the bracelet will
vibrate and display the icon of other reminders and you can click to view the
specific content.
Other Function Settings on APP
Find the bracelet: when the bracelet is connected with the phone, click the
function of finding the bracelet, and the bracelet will vibrate twice, with
one second of each.
Shake to take photo: when the bracelet is connected with the phone, click the
function of shaking to take photo, the phone will directly enter the photo
mode; just shake your bracelet, and the phone will automatically take
pictures.
Raise to wake: when the bracelet is connected with the phone, click the
function of raising to wake, and turn it on to set the automatic detection.
Screen on time: when the bracelet is connected with the phone, click the
screen-on function to set the time needed to keep the screen on.
General Settings
Heart Rate Setting: Click to turn on the automatic detection function. The
device can continuously detect the heart rate within 24 hours.
Do not Disturb: click to enter the time and reminder setting. The functions
including raise to wake, bracelet vibration, and APP message push reminder
will be turned off by default in the set time range.
Find My Phone: Click to activate the function, and the mobile phone needs to
be connected to the device all the time. Do not turn off the Bluetooth.
Smart anti-lost Click the phone reminder switch and set the notification
reminder time. When the device is away from the phone, the phone will send the
notification as a reminder. The reminder will not be activated when the
phone’s Bluetooth is turned off.
Distance Unit Click to set the Distance Unit km/mi to confirm the setting.
24-hour system: turn it on to change the time display to 24-hour system, and
the default is 12-hour system when it is turned off.
Device Language: Click to set the related language. Currently, the bracelet
supports Chinese and English by default.
WeChat access: Click WeChat access, and connect according to the built-in
hints. After it is synchronized with WeChat, you can achieve the function of
WeChat Sports ranking.
Connect to Apple Health: Click to activate the function and allow the related
options such as allowing writing data by following the operating instructions.
All health data will be synchronized after access. Language support Settings:
This is language setting for smart band display.
Power on / off
1. When the bracelet is turned off, charge it or hold the function key for 3
seconds, and then the bracelet will be powered on.
2. When the bracelet is turned on, switch to the shutdown interface and hold
the function button for 3 seconds to turn it off.
Bracelet Operation
1. When the bracelet is turned on, touch the function key to light up the
screen or switch the display;
2. The screen will be light off by default if there is no operation within 5
seconds, and you can modify the screen-off time by connecting it to the mobile
phone APP;
3. The 24-hour heart rate monitoring function of the bracelet is turned on by
default before delivery from factory, and you can choose to activate or
inactivate it in the general settings of the APP device interface.
Main Interface
Press and hold for two seconds in this interface to switch the main interface, and hold for two seconds to confirm and exit
Status Interface
While user wear the band, It will record step, calorie, and distance automatically and save the data in App once after syncing.
Interface of body fat
On the body fat interface, press and hold for two seconds to enter the test. Touch the position of the electrodes at both ends of the bracelet with your index finger and middle finger. Do not release your hands during the test. After the test is completed, the various health index data will be displayed.
Precautions for Body Fat Test
1. Before testing, please set the correct personal information with APP, such
as gender/age/weight, etc If no personal information is set, there will be
deviations from the system test.
2. During the test, gently press your index finger and middle finger on the
electrodes at both ends of the bracelet.
1. Press the electrode sices with your hdex fridge and midde friger.
2. Yolf left hand and right hand cannot touch each other.
3. During the test, do not move two fingers away from the position of the
electrodes and do not have the left hand and right hand to contact each other.
The two electrodes at the bottom should be completely attached to the wrist.
4. People with cardiac pacemakers and other implanted medical equipment are
not recommended to use this product. For professional athletes and pregnant
women or a small number of other people with special physical conditions,
there may be deviation in composition test data.
5.Normally, the fat content of the upper body is higher than that of the lower body, so the body fat rate measured by the body fat bracelet is slightly higher than that measured by the body fat scale.
Interface of Heart Rate
In the interface of heart rate monitoring, the heart rate monitoring mode is automatically entered, and dynamic real-time heart rate monitoring is supported. If you keep your bracelet running in the Heart Rate Monitoring mode, its battery life may be reduced.
Precautions for Heart Rate Test:
– During the test, the icon will bounce and the heart rate LED light on the
back of the bracelet will light up;
– During the test, please keep the sensor close to your skin and avoid
external light which may affect the test accuracy;
– Keep the test area clean. Sweat or stains will affect the test results.
Interface of Exercise
In the exercise interface, press and hold for two seconds to enter the specific exercise mode, including running, cycling, swimming, rope skipping, table tennis, badminton, tennis, etc Single tap to switch between them. In the specific sports mode, hold and press for two seconds to enter the interface of sports details.
Hold and press for two seconds to exit the document sports mode.
Interface of Message
hold for two seconds to view the message (it stays in the message interface if there is no message), dick to turn the page, press and hold for two seconds to delete the current message, and then exit after viewing the latest messages.
Function Interface
Press and hold for two seconds in the function Interface to enter the lower menu interface for more function operations.
About Interface
In the About interface, press and hold for two seconds to view the firmware version number and Bluetooth address.
Restore Interface
In the Restore interface, press and hold for two seconds to view the firmware version number and Bluetooth address. After pressing and holding for two seconds in the restore interface, all the bracelet data will be cleared and the APP data on the same day will be cleared (the rest of the historical data will be kept).
Search Interface
When the bracelet is connected to the APP, hold and press for two seconds in the search interface, and the phone will ring as a reminder.
Brightness Interface
Press and hold the Brightness icon for two seconds in the brightness interface to light up the icon; single tap to choose the different brightness for adjustment (4 levels); press and hold for two seconds to confirm and exit.
Shutdown Interface
In the Shutdown Interface, press and hold for two seconds and more to power off the bracelet in vibration.
Precautions
- Avoid bracelets from being hit hard and exposed to extreme heat
- Do not disassemble, repair or modify the machine by yourself.
- Please charge the device every 3 months if put it idle for a long time
- Please charge the device 2hours before using
- Please dry the bracelet with a soft doth before charging if it is stained with water. Otherwise, the charging contact point will be corroded, causing the charging failure.
- Keep away from chemicals such as gasoline, deaning solvents, propanol, alcohol or insect repellents, etc.
- Do not use this product in high voltage and high magnetic environment
- You may feel uncomfortable if you have sensitive skin or wear the bracelet too tightly.
- Wipe off sweat drops on your wrist; the soap, sweat, allergens, or contaminants on the bracelet strap may cause skin irritation and pruritus.
- If frequently used, it is recommended to dean the bracelet weekly. Wipe with a wet doth and remove grease or dust with a mild soap.
- Do not wear the bracelet in a hot bath.
- After swimming, please timely wipe the bracelet to keep it dry.
- Patients with cardiac pacemakers or other transplanted medical devices are not recommended to use this product.
- The test data obtained by using this product are only for reference. The test data are influenced by various factors, and the test results may vary under different conditions. For people such as professional athletes, pregnant women, and a small number of other people with special physical conditions, there may be deviations in the test data.
- Some people may have weak conductivity of their skin, especially when the skin is dry in winter. Therefore, the contact surface of the electrode on the wrist needs to be moistened, so as to reach the conduction condition of the electrode (similar to the effect of applying the conductive paste in the hospital).
