How to sign in to a Razer ID account with Apple ID

What do I need to sign in using Apple ID?

You will need the following to sign in with your Apple ID:

• iOS 13 or later
• An Apple ID with two-factor authentication enabled
• Access to iCloud using your Apple ID

How do I sign up for Razer ID through Apple ID?

Apple ID users who wish to set up an account with us can register with your Apple ID instead of filling out the form. Simply follow these steps:

1. Click or tap the “Sign in with Apple” button and sign in using your Apple ID. You may need to accept additional requirements from Apple.
2. “Sign in with Apple” automatically fills in your name and email address from your Apple ID. You can edit your name and choose whether to “Share my email” or “Hide my email“.
3. Set up a Razer ID password when prompted. This will not replace your Apple ID password.
4. Read through Razer’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy then click or tap “Accept” if you consent to the Terms and Conditions.
5. There is an option to opt in to receive information and stay updated on our latest products and services; you may accept, decline, or skip this step. Done.

How do I link my Apple ID to my Razer ID?

If you are not signed into Razer ID:

1. Click or tap the “Sign In with Apple” icon.
2. Choose “Share My Email” then click or tap “Continue”. (Please note that you can’t link to your existing Razer ID account if you choose to hide your email.)
3. A pop-up will appear and ask the password for your Razer ID account.
4. After verifying your password, you will be logged into your Razer ID account and your Apple ID will be linked.

If you’re already signed into Razer ID:

1. Click or tap the “Linked” section of the Account page.
2. Please key in your one-time pin (OTP) when asked to unlock your account.
3. Click on the “Sign In with Apple” icon.
4. Once you have signed into your Apple ID, your Razer ID will be linked.

Why didn’t I receive a verification code on my Apple device while trying

to “Sign In with Apple”?

“Sign In with Apple” is only supported on devices running on iOS 13 or later. Please check if your iOS version is updated on your device. Alternatively, you may choose to sign up / sign in directly with us.

Can I still receive email from you if I were to turn off email forwarding?

If you have previously chosen to “Hide my email” when you created an account using “Sign In with Apple” then unfortunately, you will not be able to receive emails from us if you were to turn off email forwarding.

Why didn’t I receive my one-time pin (OTP) on my email to unlock my

account?

Did you hide your email when you had created your account with us on Razer ID? Did you also turn off the email forwarding service? If so, please turn email forwarding on again on Apple ID to continue receiving email OTP from us.

How do I share my email with Razer if I had hidden my email when I created

my account using “Sign In with Apple”?

You may share your email with us by changing the registered email on your Razer ID account page.

Can I sign in with my Razer ID on the web if I had signed in with a hidden

email on my device with my Apple ID?

You may sign in using the unique, random email address specifically created for Razer ID.
