ADVANTAGES OF LOW PRESSURE SPRAYING
With the low-pressure air technique, the paint material is atomized using large quantities of air, which are at low pressure (up to 0.7 bar) compared to high-pressure air spraying. Water-based paints and lacquers with a high solids content, which are increasingly being used, are powerfully applied thanks to the 5-stage turbine. With the high working speed of the FineCoat 9700, even major painting jobs can be done quickly and efficiently. The minimal overspray with the low-pressure air technique also allows environmentally friendly and economical spraying.
HVLP – HIGH VOLUME, LOW PRESSURE
PARTICULARLY POWERFUL AND FLEXIBLE
In low-pressure spraying, the atomizing air generated in the turbine goes
through an air hose to the paint container on the spray gun, where it then
builds up pressure. This delivers the coating material through the material
tube to the nozzle and atomizes it with the remaining air. The HVLP sprayers
from WAGNER deliver an especially high air volume and thus optimum
atomization.
WELL-EQUIPPED FOR DAILY USE ON CONSTRUCTION SITES
The modular system consisting of a turbine and various spray attachments
enables the application of wood stains, varnishes, and lacquers through to
emulsions with professional quality. They are perfect when starting to use
spray equipment or to add to the range of devices available on site.
OPTIMAL ADAPTATION POSSIBILITIES
The air and material volumes can be adjusted by dials directly on the gun
allowing quick adjustment to different objects.

FC 9700 – THE SPECIALIST FOR LACQUER
The FineCoat 9700 fine spray system with HVLP technology is the new paint specialist from WAGNER. The powerful turbine enables a wide range of interior and exterior applications, which can be extended with additional accessories. With the solvent-resistant HVLP Ultra gun, all common water – and solvent- based paints can be processed. In addition, the low-pressure technology of FineCoat 9700 creates minimal spray mist which is both material and environmentally friendly. All settings for air and material quantity are fully adjustable on the gun to match the object to be coated. Depending on the desired working direction, the spray jet can be adjusted horizontally, vertically or to a round jet for smaller areas and detail work. The integrated storage tray for the gun can be used on work breaks, for storage and transport.
