DESCRIPTION
- ON/OFF button – press and hold to turn watches on/off. Press briefly when the display is off to activate it. Press briefly when the display is activated to start the menu. While in the menu, press briefly to return to the home screen.

CONTROLS
The watch is controlled via a full touch screen. When the display is activated, swipe up to get to the notification menu, swipe down to the settings menu, swipe to the left to move between screens with a record of activities, sleep data, weather and others, and swipe to the right to open the menu of recently launched functions. You can change the watch faces by pressing and holding onto the main watch face.
CONNECTING THE WATCH WITH THE APPLICATION
Download the Fit Cloud Pro app to your mobile phone (An-droid 10 and above and
iOS 8.2 and above). The application is only available for mobile phones.
Follow the instructions:
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone
- If the watch is off, turn it on by pressing the power button (1)
- Launch the Fit cloud pro app and follow the on-screen instructions (select WATCH LITE 3 from the devices listed)
In order for the app to work properly, you need to enable access to app
notifications in your mobile phone settings.
It is also necessary to enable the application in the RAM management of the
mobile phone so that the phone does not terminate the application running in
the background. For more information on mobile phone settings, refer to your
mobile phone manual.
WATERPROOFNESS
Niceboy WATCH LITE 3 meets the IP68 standard, which means protection against
immersion in fresh water for the maximum of 30 minutes and to a maximum depth
of 1.5 meter. Do not use the watch in salt (sea) water. We do not recommend
using them in chlorinated water.
CHARGING
Charge the watch only with the original charger, which you attach using
magnets to the connectors on the back of the watch (4). Use an adapter with a
voltage of 5V and a current
of 1A for charging. Fully charge the battery before using the watches for the first time. Do not expose the watch to temperature differences, and keep the watch under control when charging.
WATCH FUNCTIONS
Control panel
Swipe down on the screen (on the home screen with a watch face) to bring up the control panel, which accesses the menu options Do Not Disturb Mode, Brightness Settings, Enter Settings, Find Phone, Energy Saving Mode and System Info
Watch settings
You can access the watch settings via the Control Panel. The following items
are available:
Menu Style: adjusts the appearance of the watch menu Dial: allows you to
change the dial, change the brightness, set the backlight time, set the
display to activate by turning the wrist Battery: shows the battery status
of the watch and allows you to turn on the Energy Saving Mode (the watch turns
the Bluetooth off and disconnects from the mobile phone) Vibration
intensity: adjusts the strength of vibrations or turns them off completely
Language: watch language settings
QR code: provides the watch app link
Password: PIN code setting for entering the watch menu System: offers
information about the watch (BT name, MAC ad-dress, FW version), enables
turning off and resetting of the watch

Swipe the screen to start the heart rate measurement. You can set up 24/7 monitoring in the watch app

If the watch is connected to a mobile phone via BT, it is possible to control the music played on the mobile phone using the watch
Watch menu
By briefly pressing the button (1) when the display is activated, you can
enter the watch menu, where the following items are available:
Daily activity: displays information about steps, distance and calories
burned
Sports: displays a list of sports activities
Sports records: displays information about the last measured sports
activities
Pulse: displays information about the heart rate and provides the
possibility to measure it
Sleep: displays sleep information
Blood pressure: displays information about blood pressure and provides
the possibility to measure it
Blood oxygenation: displays information about blood oxygenation and
provides the possibility to measure it Notifications: displays a record of
recent notifications Weather: displays weather information (must be set in
the app) Music: will show options for music control (must have the watch
connected to mobile phone via BT)
Stopwatch: allows you to start a stopwatch, including measuring laps
Timer: allows you to start the countdown of preset times or set your own
time
Alarm clock: allows you to turn on/off the alarm (alarm – time and snooze
– must be set in the app)
Find phone: allows you to trigger a ringtone on your mobile phone (the
watch must be connected to your mobile phone via BT) Settings: allows you to
enter the settings
FUNCTION WITH MOBILE APP
Apart from activity recording, the mobile application enables the setting and
use of other functions:
Notification settings: you can set notifications for selected
applications, incoming calls, SMS.
Alarm clock: you can set alarms, their time, repetition and alarm naming
Dials: in addition to the watch faces stored in the watch, you can choose
from a large number of other watch faces in the application
Weather: weather information dependent on mobile phone location can be
turned on
Turning the display on with a twist of the wrist: you can set the time during
which turning the display on by turning the wrist will be active
Advanced measurement: enables more accurate measurement of heart rate and
other values (affects watch battery life) Continuous monitoring: you can set a
time interval in which the watch will continuously measure health data (this
affects the battery life of the watch)
