  3. Flashing : Scoop is working.

  4. Lights : Waste bin is full.

Principles of Sensor and Operation

  1. After 7 minutes of sensor recognition, the scoop turns clockwise.
    diagram

  2. Clumped up litters filtered by the scoop are thrown into the waste bin.

  3. Scoop turns clockwise again to leave no small clumps in the litter box.

  4. Scoop turns counterclockwise once to bring the litters to the opposite side.

  5. One more turn clockwise to flatten out.
※ Depending on the size and weight of the cat litter, it may not be completely horizontal.

  6. Sequence complete. Standby mode.

Additional description for sensors

  • If the motion sensor detects any movement again, 7 minutes will be re-counted from the last sensor recognition.
  • The scoop stops instantly when the sensor detects any movement while the scoop is in cleaning cycle.
In this case, the cleaning starts again 7 minutes after the last detection by the sensor.

Waste bin and Sensor

  • Cat excrements are collected into the gutter(Waste bin) located in rear main body.
  • When waste bin is full, waste sensor activates putting cleaning process on hold (when sensor button is turned on).
  • Clean the litter box frequently to prevent failures and to use it hygienically.
  • The litter box can be washed. After cleaning, make sure to dry the parts completely.

Sensor

  1. diagram
  • If the three LED lamps turn on, this notifies that the waste bin is full. Open the outer shell cover to empty the waste bin.

  • Sensor button is located in the lower left hand corner at the back of the Circle Zero. This enables the function to stop
the cleaning process when the waste bin is full (3 LED lamps light). When using opaque vinyl, turn the button OFF.
Turn the button ON when using transparent vinyl or not using any kind of liners.

  • The sensor button can be turned OFF. However, be fully aware that the product will run even when the waste bin is full.

  • LED indicators are normally displayed depending on the sensor’s perceived status, regardless of whether the sensor
    button is on or off.

Sensor button ON / OFF
Sensor button is a function that stops working when the bowel is full. Use it when going out for a long time. If the sensor button is turned off, cleaning operation is possible even if the waste bin are full.

  1. The sensor button is located next to the power outlet.
    diagram

  2. When the button is illuminated, the sensor is ON and when the button is not illuminated, the button is OFF.

Cleaning and Method

  • Clean regularly to prevent hygiene problems and product failures. In particular, keeping the waste bin, motor covers and
their motor surroundings clean will prevent from product failure.

  • Be sure to remove the power cord before cleaning.

  • Parts other than the motor cover(bottom) and the outer shell base(bottom) can be cleaned. Never clean the motor cover
(bottom) as it is equipped with a number of parts that use electricity, such as motors.

  • After cleaning, be sure to dry them thoroughly before using them. Using while moisture is remaining may cause water to
come into contact with the outer shell base(sensors, wires, etc.) and may lead to failure, causing unexpected accidents.

Assembly method

  • Be sure to remove the power cord after you have checked the product has completely stopped working.
  • Be careful when stopping components in the wrong position, as it may not function correctly or cause failure.

Assembly

  1. First check the position of the motor shaft connections. If the positioning sensor is facing directly down, it is in the normal
    position.

  2. If the position sensor is not in position or unknown, disconnect and reconnect the power cord. It will move to the normal position and stop itself.

  3. Check the position of shaft. Make sure that the letter “UP” is facing up.

  4. Make sure that the shaft contains a spring, install the scoop and rotate the screw cap to secure it.
    ※ Attention to hexagonal holes.

  5. If the triangle of the scoop and the triangle inside the litter box are facing each other, the assembly is correct.

  6. Install litter box lid to fit the lib. Make sure that the 6 pins on the left and right sides are properly secured before closing
    them.

  7. Close the buckle. Make sure there are no gaps in the lid and bottom joints of the litter box.

  8. Place the litter box in the bottom of the product. Make sure there are no gaps, such as around the entrance.

  9. Make sure that the letter “UP” on the shaft is facing upwards. Move the shaft in the direction of the arrow to connect the shaft to the motor shaft connection.

  10. Install the motor cover(top). Make sure that the motor cover is properly fitted to the bumper of the motor cover (bottom).

  12. Install the outer shell cover(top). Make sure that the four pins on the left and right sides are tight and that there are no gaps in the back.

  13. Assembly complete. Check that the scoops are correctly located and that the cat litter is aligned with the fill line(The line is marked inside litter box). Plug in the power cord and use.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if there is a gap in the outer shell cover and it won’t close properly even though the pin position is correctly assembled?

If the litter box is out of position, the outer shell cover will not close completely. Please make sure that there are no gaps around the entrance of the litter box and reassemble if there are any gaps. (Step 8)

What’s the problem with the slide door not closing completely or sounding?
Please make sure that there is no gap between the pins and ribs when connecting the litter box.
In particular, please make sure that the ribs on the back of the litter box be properly fitted. (Step 6).

The scoop is in a strange position. What should I do?
Make sure the positioning sensor is assembled in the correct position. (Steps 1 to 2)
Please make sure that the litter box and scoop are installed in the correct direction. (Steps 3 to 5)
When connecting the motor shaft connection to the shaft, make sure that the letter “UP” is facing up. (Step 9).

This is not a malfunction

  • These are some of the most frequently asked questions. Please read them if you are experiencing troubles.

Check point

The scoop is still and stops moving. Is it broken?
If the sensor responds during operation, it stops working, but starts moving again after 7 minutes. In addition to the cat’s bowel activity, the sensor often detects the head and tail, which can delay cleaning.
The cat litter has a strong resistance that prevents the scoop from draining it. Immediately turn off the power and reduce the amount of cat litter below the appropriate fill line.

There’s too much loss of sand. Isn’t that bad?
Depending on the type and shape of the cat litter, extra cat litter may be discharged. Reducing the amount of cat litter
to align with the cat litter line may reduce the amount of discharge.
Using cat litter that is not suitable for the scoop type (bentonite only, tofu litter only) will result in cat litter being drained
out of the scoop. Pay attention to the scoop type and use suitable cat litter.

What if it doesn’t start working even after 7 minutes the cat has voided excrement?
If the sensor responds during the 7 minute count, the 7 minute countdown starts again from that point.
When the bowel is full, the sensor reacts and does not operate. In this case, the three LED lamps light are on, so make
sure the drain is empty.
The litter box wasn’t properly fitted. Or the motor shaft connection and shaft are not properly connected. Please check.
(Step 6-9).

If the location of the scoop is strange, do you need to reassemble it?
The directional shaft and scoop of the motor shaft coupling, the position of the scoop when connecting the shaft, and if
all of these are not installed correctly, the scoop cannot be correctly located. See how to assemble.

The waste bin is empty, but there are three lights on. Is it broken?
The waste bin is not properly installed. Push it perfectly. Or, check if you used a transparent plastic bag and check if it
was covered properly.

It’s seven minutes from the moment it’s turned on. Is the sensor broken?
If the litter box is not properly installed.(Step 2 on page 4)
Or, at the moment you plug in the power cord, you may have touched the location of sensor.

Is it sensor error when the 3 LED lamps lihgting are on even though the sensor is switched off?
Even if the sensor is turned off, the 3 LED lamps will light when the waste bin is full, but the scoop will operate normally
without stopping. The sensor button stops working when the waste bin is full, which is not related to the LED lamps.
(Mode for long-term outings to operate even if the waste bin are full)
※ When the sensor is on, the three LED lamps light and the scoops will not operate when the waste bin are full.
(See Additional Description.

Is there an error when the 3 LED lamps are lit sequentially?
If the amount of cat litter is added in excess of the proper amount, it can be caused by overload during operation.
If the litter box to the motor is incorrectly connected, the three LED lamps will light sequentially and will not operate.
(Step 8-10).
