This device is warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Original receipt or proof of purchase from an authorized retailer must be presented upon warranty claim. ALL claims must be verified and approved by Top Greener, Inc. Warranties from other TOPGREENER products may vary. This warranty is nontransferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or any malfunction, failure, or defect resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, or improper installation. To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable state law, Top Greener, Inc. shall not be liable to the purchaser or end user customer of TOPGREENER products for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages even if Top Greener, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Top Greener, Inc’s total liability under this or any other warranty, express or implied, is limited to repair, replacement or refund. Repair, replacement or refund are the sole and exclusive remedies for breach of warranty or any other legal theory.
FCC Compliance Statement

FCC Radiation Exposure Statement
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with
a minimum distance of 8in (20cm) between the radiator & your body.
RF Exposure
A distance of 8in (20cm) shall be maintained between the antenna and users,
and the transmitter module may not co-locate with any other transmitter or
antenna.
INSTRUCTIONS
This device requires a 2.4 GHz network to operate correctly. Mesh networks may cause intermittent connection issues to the device or cause pairing issues
- Be sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi 2.4GHz network on your phone or tablet
- Download the Top Greener app and create a new account in the app. This account is different than the Top Greener website account
- Log into your Top Greener app account
- Plug the TGWF115PQM into a receptacle
- On the Top Greener app, click on the “+” symbol at the top right corner of the screen to add a device, then follow the onscreen instructions to pair a new device. It is important to select the right device to pair
Optional: Use the Smart Life app developed by Tuya. Top Greener devices are equipped with Tuya chipsets, so our devices will work with the Smart Life app.
SETTING UP VOICE CONTROL
- Amazon Alexa: To setup voice control with Alexa, you first must have a device capable of receiving Alexa commands and you must have the Alexa app installed. Once you have Alexa set up, you will need to install the Top Greener Skill.
- In the Amazon Alexa app, go to the “More” menu option and click on “Skills & Games”
- Search for “TOPGREENER” and install it
- Enable the skill and link the Top Greener account
- Google Assistant: To setup voice control with Google Assistant, you first must have a device capable of receiving Google commands and you must have the Google Assistant app installed. Once Google Assistant is set up, you will need to install the Top Greener service.
- Open the Google Assistant settings
- Click on “Home Control”
- Search for “TOPGREENER” and install it
- Enable the skill and link the Top Greener account
- Google Home: To setup voice control with Google Home, you first must have a device capable of receiving Google commands and you must have the Google Home app installed. Once Google Home is set up, you will need to install the Top Greener service.
- Open the Google Home and go to settings
- Click on “Works with Google”
- Search for “TOPGREENER” and install it
- Enable the skill and link the Top Greener account
LED INDICATOR ON DEVICE
When the device is first plugged in, the load (outlet on the device) will be in the off state.
- Load is Off and LED is Fast Blinking Blue: Device is ready to pair with the controller in Easy mode. Once paired, the indicator will turn off
- Load is On and LED is Fast Blinking Blue: Device is ready to pair with the controller in Easy mode. Once paired, the indicator will turn to solid Blue
- Load is Off and LED is Slow Blinking Blue: Device is ready to pair with the controller in AP mode. Once paired, the indicator will turn off
- Load is On and LED is Slow Blinking Blue: Device is ready to pair with the controller in AP mode. Once paired, the indicator will turn to solid Blue
- Solid Blue: Load is turned ON. The device may or may not be paired.
- LED indicator OFF: The load is turned OFF and the device may or may not be paired. Or there is no power coming to the Smart Plug
