Specific operations and common functions are described as follows:

Power on and off

  • Power on: Plug in the adapter, and then insert the DC head into the machine. The system is powered on and enters the startup process. The startup logo is in the startup process, as shown below: After that, the system enters the default main interface.
  • Shut down: Unplug the DC head or unplug the AC line of the power adapter to directly shut down the machine.

Desktop

After the system is started normally, you can see the Debian 11 system desktop, as shown in the following figure:

  • The default system desktop consists of Recycle Bin, start menu, file manager, web browser, display desktop, desktop switch, taskbar, notification bar, etc. Click to perform the following operations:
  •  start menu  Common functions and settings of the system can  be opened
  • File manager Open  the file management window to open, copy, paste, and delete files
  • Web browser for  browsing the required web pages
  • Notice column can quickly adjust the system volume, connect Bluetooth and WiFi, display time, Ethernet status, software running in the background, and quickly shut down, log off, restart, etc

Start menu operation

Click the start menu bar in the upper right corner of the desktop Pop up options are shown in the following figure:

Use your finger to move the screen up and down to find and Click, You can perform some basic operations such as system settings and time functions.

System settings

Click on the start menu,The system setting interface can be opened, as shown in the following figure:

Select relevant items to perform corresponding operations, for example:

  •  Power

Date and time setting

Click select , Enter the date and time setting interface as shown in the following figure:

Click The pop-up window is as shown in the following figure:

Enter the password in the blank column on the right of the password in the figure above: “1234” can change the time and date after unlocking, as shown in the figure below:

Click The pop-up time zone selection map is shown in the following figure:

Click the city of the corresponding country and region on the time zone map to complete the time zone setting, Click to close the time zone map.

In the figure above, you can see the list of WiFi router signals. Click the corresponding WiFi signal name and enter the password to connect to the WiFi network.

Bluetooth wireless connection

Click on the notification bar, The options shown in the following figure pop up:

Click The pop-up window is as shown in the following figure:

Click to search for available Bluetooth devices nearby, as shown in the following figure:

Select the Bluetooth device to be paired, and click,As shown in the following figure:

Remember the pairing code, click And input the same pairing code on the Bluetooth device to be connected at the same time to perform Bluetooth connection with the device.

Network

Browser:
After connecting to the network, click on the bottom of the desktop,enter the web address in the browser and press enter to quickly open the web page to be browsed, as shown in the following figure:

Click and then click in the upper left corner of the pop-up player window, and the following window will pop up:

Click the corresponding folder name on the left and right of the window above to find the media file to be played, for example, the following figure opens “Test Video. mp4” on the desktop:

Troubleshooting

  • Slow or incorrect touchscreen response

  •  If the touch screen is fitted with a protective cover or optional accessories, the touch screen may not work properly.

  •  If you wear gloves when touching the screen, your hands are not clean or touch the screen with sharp objects or fingertips, the touch screen may malfunction. Please contact the customer service center.

  •  The touch screen may malfunction in a humid environment or in contact with water.

  •  Restart the device to clear any transient software errors.

  •  Ensure that the device software has been upgraded to the latest version.

  •  If the touch screen is scratched or damaged.

  • he device is frozen or has a serious error

  • If the device crashes or hangs, you may need to shut down the application or re-plug in the power and restart the device to restore normal
    If the equipment is frozen or reacts slowly, press the reset button on the back of the equipment to restart the machine.
