2. Features

3. The Function and Operation Setting

  1. Power supplier: 12/24V DC and 100V to 240V AC
  2. Button instructions                                                                                                      ON/OFF: Switching power key UP/DOWN: Adjust the temperature                                    SET: press the SET button and chose the cooling mode: ECO (energy saving mode) & HH (Quick refrigeration mode). Factory default mode is Hн
  3. Vehicle battery protection system, 3 mode for adjustable, press the SET button 3s, you can chose the voltage protection range from Hi to H3.Factory default mode is H3 (high voltage protection).

The car fridge will stop or work in the following voltage range. When the input voltage reaches the minimum value, the compressor will stop automatically to protect the battery power. When the voltage returns to the starting value, the compressor will run normally. Specific parameters of battery protection are shown in the following table :

Note: In the operation of the product, due to pressure drop, the actual value will have a 0.3V error, which is normal.

Indicator light: The power indicator is red (compressor not works or delays start); the power indicator is green (compressor works normally).

Eco/Max indicator is red (compressor works on fast cooling system). Eco/Max indicator is green (energy saving mode).

4. Operation method:

The fridge applies electronic temperature control, and the control panel is directly above cabinet, as shown in the following figure:

ON/OFF: connect to the power, press the ON/OFF button for 3s, then the system will in the ready mode; press the ON/OFF button for 6s, then the unit will run.

▲ or ▼: press the button ▲ or ▼ to adjust target temperature. Press the button ▲ to increase or the button ▼ to decrease the temperature.

5) Temperature compensation, battery protection level and centigrade Fahrenheit switching

In ready mode, press the SET button for 3s, you can setup parameter, the screen will show E1 and press the SET button again. You can chose the difference mode from E1 to E8. Press the A or V button can show the parameter , you can adjust or save the data. If you don’t press any button for 3s, the unit will return to normal operation.

Note: Restore the factory default: In ready mode, press the SET button for 3s, the screen will show E1 mark, then press the ▲ and ▼ at the same time for 3s, the screen will show “888”. At this point, all parameters are restored to the factory default.

4. FAQ

  1. The appliance is out of working:
    Check the power supply connection.
    Whether the plug and the socket have a good connection, or the control panel is setting in ready mode.
    Whether the fuse blow or not
    Whether in ready mode

  2. Food is frozen
    Setting temperature is too low, raise the temperature appropriately

  3. Hear the sound of water from the inside place.
    It is normal, due to the flow of refrigerant

5. Daily Maintenance and Attention

  • Cleaning Method

Clean and maintain the refrigerator once a week. Use soft cloth dampened with warm water to wipe the inner surface and external appearance. If the fridge is too dirty, please kindly wipe it with a neutral detergent and dry the water with a clean damp cloth.

  • Plastic parts Maintenance

Properly protect the door seal and clean it frequently. Please try to avoid oil stains and deformation on it when using the fridge. If the oil (animal or vegetable oil) is attached to the cabinet plastic parts for a long time, the plastic will easily be aged or cracked, and give off a peculiar smell.

  • Attention
  1. Do not sprinkle water on the refrigerator during cleaning because that would reduce the insulating property of electrical components and erode the metal parts.
  2. Do not use brush or cleaners which contain corrosive and deliquescent material (such as alkaline detergent, soap, abrasive powder, hot water, banana oil, gasoline and alcohol) to clean the fridge, otherwise, it may damage the fridge coating and plastic parts.

6. Safety precautions

  • Do not touch the power plug of the refrigerator when your hands are wet or your feet are in contact with water.
  • When the product is used in the car and connected to the main power supply, please insure the power have a fuse.
  • When the product is charged by high-speed battery charger, please make sure it is disconnected from the power.
  • Please make sure the power voltage of the product is correct at any time and the product rated voltage parameter is shown in the parameter label table, which stick on the back of the fridge.
  • Do not put and use any electrical appliances in refrigerator cabinet.
  • To avoid cracking, do not put glass containers in fridge when the setting temperature is less than 0°C.
  • When setting temperature under 0°C, glass containers are not allowed.
  • After the fridge is unpacked, put it in the upright position for more than 6 hours before power supply.
  • Keep the horizontal level when fridge is work, the tilt angle should <5°
  • The fridge should install in ventilated area, blinds are strictly prohibited from blocking to dissipate heat. There should be some space around the fridge, the back >200mm, the side>100mm
  • The fridge should avoid heat sources or stay away from them, and try to avoid the direct sunlight.
  • Keep the fridge on the floor or in the car.
  • Do not turn the fridge to pour away the water when the liner dropsy. Pls dry with a dry cloth.

Relevant matters for abandonment
