E-PRIME ACE Earbuds
GETTING STARTED
The content of your package
First time in use
If you are going to use the Ace for the first time, you must make a manual connection first. Use the following steps below to make a connection with your Bluetooth device.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings of your device and turn on Bluetooth.
- Open the charging case and take out your earbuds.
- The earbuds will automatically connect with each other, you will hear “pairing & connected”.
- The earbuds will be shown as “Ace”.
- Connect your earbuds to your device. The E-PRIME Ace earbuds will be ready to use.
Auto connection
If the Ace is already connected to your Bluetooth device, the earbuds will automatically connect.
- Turn on your Bluetooth, open the charging case and take out your earbuds.
- The earbuds will automatically connect with each other.
Earbuds Pairing
When you fail to pair the earbuds for the first time, please take the left and
right earbuds out of the charging case at the same time.
Click the function button twice until one of the earbuds shows “red light and
blue light alternately flashes”, which means that the earbuds pair with each
other successfully.
Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth function and search for “Ace”. Click to connect
“Ace”, both the earbuds will work.
Disconnect
Open the Bluetooth settings of your Bluetooth device and choose the option disconnect. The earbuds now have the possibility to connect with another device.
Button controls
Multifunctional button for turning on/off the earbuds.

Multifunctional buttons
With the multifunctional button (page 3.) you can select music and have a phone call via the earbuds. The multifunctional button has the following functions:

Charging
Fully charged, the earbuds will endure approximately 7 hours. If the earbuds battery is nearly out, you will hear a notification. Shortly after the earbuds will disconnect.
By placing the earbuds back in the charging case, the earbuds will automatically recharge. If the earbuds are placed in the charging case, the indication of the left and right earbuds on the (led display) will flash, which means it is being charged. The charging case has a low battery if the led display shows a low battery percentage.
The charging case can be charged by connecting the USB cable to the USB port
on the charging box, the digits in the LED display will show and blink.
It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the charging case.
It takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge the earbuds. With a fully charged
charging case, the earbuds can be charged 20 times. Storing the earbuds in the
charging case ensures that the earbuds are recharged for use.
Waterproof
The earbuds are rain and sweat proof. However, the earbuds are not fully
waterproof. The earbuds are tested to endure sweat and rain.
Use underwater or in running water is completely discouraged and at your own
risk.
The right way of wearing
For the optimal user experience, it is important to wear the earbuds the correct way. The earbuds will be delivered with 3 pair of ear tips. Choose the right size for the best fit.

Safety
Avoid hearing damage and do not listen to high sound levels for too long.
Be aware that when wearing the earbuds, you may not perceive you surrounding
as well. This can potentially cause dangerous situations. Pay close attention
to yourself and your surroundings while using the earbuds.
