SUNROSA SMS133017 Framed Shower Door

General Information

Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt for transit damage, missing packs/parts or manufacturing faults. Damage reported later cannot be accepted. Please handle the product with care avoiding knocks and shock loading to all sides and edges of the glass.

Notes: Safety glass can not be reworked.

• Please read these instructions carefully before the start of installation.
• Special care should be taken when drilling walls to avoid hidden pipes or electrical cables. Note: This product is heavy and may require two people to install.

Aftercare instructions

• After use, your shower should be cleaned with soap and water. This is particularly important in hard water districts where insoluble lime salts may be deposited and allowed to build up. Cleaners of a gritty or abrasive nature should not be used. Care should be taken to avoid contact with strong chemicals such as organic solvents and strippers.
• Glass cleaners can be used but with caution, if in doubt contact the manufacturer of the cleaner in question.
• Please keep these instructions for aftercare and customer service details.

It is recommended that at least two people install it.

Wear gloves and goggles for your safety.

Installation

1. Place [02] the wall post against the wall. Make sure [02] the wall post is at least 1 0MM away from the edge.
2. Use a pencil to mark the drill holes on the wall.
3. Using a 6 MM diameter drill bit, drill holes in your marks.
4. Knock [16] the wall anchor into the drill holes.

1. Measure the width L of the position where you need to install the shower door.
2. Decide whether to cut [0 1] the upper guide rail and [03] the bottom rail based on the width L.
3. Drill holes with a diameter of 3.2mm at a distance of 10mm and 40mm from the edge on [03], with a drilling height of 8.5mm.
4. Drill two holes at a distance of 15mm from the midpoint of the [03], with a drilling height of 8.5mm.

1. Place [08] the bottom guides into both sides of [03] the bottom rail, and also insert [02] the wall post on both sides of the [03].
2. Tighten [10] the ST 4×16 screws and then cover them with [15] screw caps.
3. Secure [12] the ST4x35 screws to [02] the wall post and then cover them with [14] screw caps.
4. Place [09] the top rollers on both sides of [01] the upper guide rail, and then cover them with [06] upper guide rail covers.
5. Insert [01] the upper guide rail into the wall post on both sides.

1. Raise the two pieces of [04] door panels separately to allow [09] the top rollers to pass through [04].
2. Slide [08] the bottom guides into the middle of the bottom track from the side of the glass, then tighten them with [1 OJ ST4x 16 screws. Finally, cover them with [15] screw caps.

1. Check if the glass is level.
2. If the glass is not level, remove the top rollers, rotate them to the same height, and slide them back in.
3. Use [11] ST4x10 screws to secure [04] the door panel, then cover it with [15] screw caps.

1. Use[13] ST4x12 screws to secure [07] the bumpers to the upper and bottom sides of the wall post, then cover it with caps.
2. Assemble [05] the 105 the towel bar.
