WARNING:

Installation

Installing the Receiver (Headphones)
Insert 2 x AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment according to the correct polarity.

Installing the Transmitter
  1. Insert 2 x AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment according to the correct polarity.
  2. Insert one end of the audio cable into the AUDIO socket on the back of the transmitter.
  3. Insert other end of the audio cable into the AUDIO-OUT socket of your chosen audio source. In cases where the AUDIO-OUT socket of the audio source is not the headphone 3.5mm socket, use the supplied RCA adaptor cable for connection (see installation diagram to the right).
  4. To achieve the best reception, spread out the transmitter audio cable which can also be used as an antenna.
Using your Headphones with a TV:
  1. Insert the transmitter audio cable into the AUDIO-OUT socket of the source. If a TV is used as the source, the TV can be muted to only output sound through the headphones.
  2. Move the FUNCTION SWITCH to the WIRELESS HEADPHONE position to turn on the Power LED of the transmitter.
  3. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn the headphones on, the power LED will illuminate.
  4. The headset will automatically connect with the transmitter.

Using your Headphones with an Amplifier

  1. Insert the transmitter audio cable into the AUDIO-OUT socket of the amplifier. Ensure the amplifier is switched ON and is generating an audio signal.
  2. Move the FUNCTION SWITCH to the WIRELESS EARPHONE position to turn on the Power LED of the transmitter.
  3. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn the headphones on, the power LED will illuminate.
  4. The headset will automatically connect with the transmitter.

Using your Headphones for Wireless Internet Chat / Gaming

  1. With the other audio cable, insert one end into the MIC socket of the transmitter and insert the other end into the MICROPHONE INPUT of the computer.
  2. Aim the microphone socket (MIC) of the transmitter towards you then move the FUNCTION SWITCH to the WIRELESS HEADPHONE position. The Power LED of transmitter will turn on.
  3. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn the headphones on, the power LED will illuminate.
  4. The headset will automatically connect with the transmitter.

Using your headphones with a cable (not wireless)

  1. Insert one end of the audio cable into the audio socket at the bottom of the headphones.
  2. Insert the other end of the cable into the headphone socket of your audio source.
  3. Your headphones are ready for use.

Saving battery power – switching off your unit

Save battery power by turning off your unit when not in use:

  1. Move the FUNCTION SWITCH on the transmitter to the OFF position.
  2. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn OFF the receiver (headphones).
  3. The Power LEDs on the transmitter and headphones will turn off. Remove batteries when not in use for long periods.

Channel switch function
Both headphone and transmitter have 7 channels. When they are on the same channel, they can connect to each other.

  1. The Power LEDs on the headphone and transmitter have 7 colours. Different colour of light indicates different channels.
  2. Transmitter Channel Switch: Move the FUNCTION SWITCH on the transmitter to the WIRELESS HEADPHONE or MONITOR position. Short press the CH button on the transmitter to switch channel.
  3. Headphone Channel Switch: Long press the power button to turn on the headphone receiver. short press the power button and volume up button or volume down button at the same time to switch channel.

Monitor Function
Move the FUNCTION SWITCH on the transmitter to the MONITOR position after the headphones and transmitter are paired. User can hear sound and voice in the headphones collected by transmitter.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably fore­seeable loss or damage. For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.
