Front View
| | The modem will automatically power on when the power adapter is connected.
After the modem is successfully connected to the network, the Online and WiFi
indicators illuminate a solid green to indicate that the modem is online and
fully operational.

Back View
| | The following are available on the back of the modem.
- Reset button: Use this button to reboot or reset the WiFi cable modem configuration settings. login/Reset instructions
- Ethernet: Four one-gigabit Ethernet ports for RJ-45 network cable connections. Only one port is active at a time.
- Solid green LED: Indicates a data transfer rate of one gigabit per second.
- Blinking green LED: Indicates data traffic is in progress.
- Solid amber LED: Indicates a data transfer rate of less than one gigabit per second.
- Blinking amber LED: Indicates data traffic is in progress.
- Cable: Coaxial cable connector.
- Power port: Connect the power cord provided with the WiFi cable modem.

MAC Address / WiFi Network Label

- MAC addresses are written as 12 digits containing both letters and numbers (0-9, A-F).
- A MAC address is unique.
- The first six characters of the MAC address are unique to the manufacturer of the device.
- This information is usually found on a sticker located on the bottom of the modem.
- This label is located on the bottom of the device, which contains the default Network Name (SSID) and Wi-Fi Security Key (Preshared Key).
Troubleshooting
The lights indicate the current status of your gateway. To troubleshoot any connection problems, use the table below.

| Off| No connection. Verify all cable connections and try resetting the
modem.
Solid Blue| Power is connected.
Solid Green| IP Link/Online
Slow Blinking Blue| Acquiring downstream channel connection.
Fast Blinking Blue| Acquiring upstream channel connection.
Blue/Green| Firmware downloads in progress.
WiFi
| Slow Blinking Green| No clients found (5 GHz or dual-band).
Solid Green| Clients found, but no traffic (5 GHz or dual-band).
Fast Blinking Green| Clients with active traffic/WPS (5 GHz or dual-band).
Slow Blinking Blue| No clients found (2.4 GHz band only).
Solid Blue| Clients found, but no traffic (2.4 GHz band only).
Fast Blinking Blue| Clients with active traffic/WPS (2.4 GHz band only).
