How to setup your webcam:
- Plug your webcam to the USB port of your computer
- Waiting for the driver of webcam to be installed automtically on your computer in few mintues
- Right-click on My Computer > Manage > Device Manager > Cameras to check if you can find our webcam there.
- Start up a social media app like facebook, skype,zoom etc.
- Select our webcam as default camera and microphone from video/audio setting of your app, and save the setting.
- Start a video call to use our webcam
Kindly Reminder:
- Please download and install Amcap or PotPlayer software for Windows XP/7/8/10
- Please search “Camera” in “Start” Menu of your computer for Windows 8/10
- Please use Photo Booth for Mac Boo
- Please search “Camera” APP etc. for Google Chrome OS
- Please find the corresponding “camera” application for smart TV or TV-BOX since there are different names for social media app.
- Please use related instructions of UVC for Linux or ubuntu system
Troubleshot：
- Why my webcam can not be recognized by computer
For windows:****
1. Please connect the camera to the USB port on the back of the computer. For Mac:
1. Please restart your computer and re-plugging the camera, or connect the
camera to another USB port
2.Why my webcam can not be worked on Skype Please make sure you have closed
other application, and update Skype to the latest version.
