Air320 Max App Pairing Guide

Experiencing an error when pairing?

Pairing Steps:

  • Step 1: Download the BISSELL Connect app from Apple app store or Google Play store
  • Step 2: Connect Air320 Max to BISSELL Connect
  • Step 3: Connecting the product to WiFi
  • Step 4: Setting-up the Air320 Max
  • Step 5: Update Available – Firmware

Step 1: Download the BISSELL Connect app from Apple app store or Google Play store

  • Having difficulty downloading the app? Make sure there is enough storage available on your device and a strong internet connection
    • If the problem persists, restart your device and try again
    • If the BISSELL Connect App still will not download onto your device, contact your phone service provider

Step 2: Connect Air320 Max to BISSELL Connect App

  • Create a BISSELL account to sign in, or sign in via Google or Facebook

    • If using Facebook to log in you can only be logged into one Facebook account on your mobile device
  • Select product – AirCare

    • Click on the hamburger menu on the top left corner of the app
    • Click the plus sign and select a product to add
  • Put machine in a well lit room

  • Remove the front cloth panel and both filters to find the QR code > Click “Ok, I Found It”

  • Scan the QR code

    • Allow BISSELL access to your camera when prompted
  • Turn machine on – you will hear the fan running

  • Hold the button down on the Air320 Max for 3 seconds until it beeps once > Click “Ok, it beeped”

    • Wi-Fi light will turn blue & flash
  • App will show Air320 Max is connecting to the phone – this could take a few minutes

    • When prompted that BISSELL wants to join Wi-Fi Network to find and connect to devices on your local network > Click “Join”
    • WiFi light on machine will change from blinking blue to solid blue when the phone has connected to machine
  • Once connection is successful it will be indicated on app

    • WiFi light on the machine will change from blinking blue to solid blue
  • Select next

Step 3: Connecting the product to WiFi

  • Connect the Air320 Max to your home WiFi Network.

    • If network does not show up right away, select “Rescan” at the bottom of the screen
    • To change the WiFi network that your Air320 Max is connected to, go to the settings screen within the app and click on the WiFi settings option and then follow the prompts
      • Only 2.4 GHz frequency WiFi will be visible
  • Enter WiFi Password

  • App will show finalzing screen

  • “Finalizing Complete” > the machine has successfully paired to the internet

    • The WiFi light on the machine will change to solid white

Step 4: Setting-up the Air320 Max

  • Name the Air320 Max

  • Register the Air320 Max by providing the “Date Purchased” and “Store Purchased” information and click “Submit”

    • After you register your machine you can access Warranty information within the BISSELL App
