Installation Instruction
On Danfoss sensors with snap fastening:
Simply press the cover on
Fitting the cover on Danfoss snap-lock sensors
Use retaining spring on other sensor elements
Use spring as shown when fitting the cover on all other sensors
Instructions for electrostatic powder coating of the cover cap

Pretreatment ………………………….. None – the material contains conductive components
Temperature …………………………….. Max. 180°C for 10 minutes (like radiators)
Lacquer ………………………………………… Infralit PE /EP 8140 or similar
distance recorded
Moisture ……………………………. dry for 10 minutes at 180 °C
Primer ………………………….. None
Suspension ………………………….. Attach inside the lid
Colors …………………………………… No restrictions
Light color …………………………….. Min. 100 µ
Dark color…………………………… Layer thickness not critical
Layer thicknesses …………………….. Same as radiators, approx. 100 µ
