Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that the space where the ceramic heater will be used is well-insulated or use it occasionally.
  2. Children aged eight years and above can use this appliance under guided supervision, provided they understand the potential risks and hazards.
  3. Persons with disabilities or persons without experience can use this appliance under guided supervision, provided they understand the potential risks and hazards.
  4. Children from three years to less than eight years can only switch on/off the appliance if it has been placed in its intended position and they have been given supervision or instruction regarding its use and the associated hazards. Small children must not plug in, regulate, clean, or maintain the appliance.
  5. Pay particular attention when children and vulnerable people are present as some parts of the heater can become very hot and cause burns.
  6. Replace damaged supply cords with the help of the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid potential hazards.
  7. Avoid using an external switching device or connecting the appliance to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility to prevent resetting the thermal cut-out.
  8. Do not cover the heater to avoid overheating. Also, ensure that the heater is not placed directly below a socket outlet. Avoid using the heater near bathtubs, showers, swimming pools, or other bodies of water.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using an electrically powered product, basic safety precautions must be followed, including the following:

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT.

  1. Use the appliance only with a power source that matches the voltage, frequency, and rating, which is specified on the product identification plate.

  2. Remove the unit from its packaging, ensuring it is in good condition before use.

  12. Do not place the heater on bedding or other soft surfaces. The opening could get blocked, which causes overheating.

  13. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not submerge or expose the appliance or its power cord to rain, moisture or any liquid that is not required for its proper operation.

  14. Do not use this product near bathtubs, sinks, swimming pools or other bodies of water where immersion or splashing could occur.

  15. Switch off and unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or assembling parts and before cleaning. Unplug the heater by grasping the plug –  do not pull on the cord.

  16. To prevent overheating, regularly clean dust or fluff that may have accumulated in the heater. To do this, unplug the heater and allow it to cool before cleaning according to the ‘Care, Cleaning and Storage’ section.

  17. To prevent an overload, ensure the heater is the only high-current appliance plugged into the same circuit.

  18. To avoid overheating and potential fire hazards, do not use an extension cord with this appliance.

  19. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.

  20. Do not use outdoors. FOR INDOOR USE ONLY.

  21. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.

  22. Avoid placing objects on the heater or obstructing the inlet or outlet openings.
    Ensure there is enough space around the heater – keep away from walls and curtains. Whilst in use, do not cover the heater.

  23. Do not place the heater directly below a socket outlet.

  24. To avoid hazards and potential injury, only use accessories and attachments that are recommended by the manufacturer.

  25. This product is intended for domestic/household use only.

  26. To avoid fire, electric shock or injury, only use this heater as described in the manual. Other uses may void the warranty.

USING THE HEATER

  1. Before plugging in, ensure the electrical supply in your area matches the rating label on the unit.
  2. When plugged in, turn on the main power switch at the back of the unit.
  3. When on standby, only the control panel will respond to your touch. The LED display will show the current room temperature. To access the rest of the control panel, press .
    • Low power: Press to switch it on. One will light up.
    • High power: Press to switch it on. Two will light up together.
    • Timer: Press repeatedly to set a timer (0-12 hours) after which the heater will automatically turn off.
    • Temperature: The range is between 10-35℃. Press to increase or decrease the temperature. If the room temperature is 4℃ lower than the set temperature, the heater will work on high power. If it is 2℃ lower, it will work on low power. Once the room temperature reaches the set temperature, heating will stop. The fan will continue running until the room temperature drops 2℃ below the set temperature. Then, the unit will switch back to low-power mode. If the room temperature drops more than 4℃ below the set temperature, the heater will automatically switch back to high power mode.
    • Swing: Press to activate the swing. Press it again to cancel.
    • Press to turn off the heater. Once turned off, the unit will continue to blow cool air for 30 seconds, which helps the heater’s lifespan.

Warning:

  1. To protect the inner parts, always let the heater cool down for 30-60 seconds before unplugging it.
  2. Use a CR2025 lithium battery for the remote control.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION
For your safety, this heater has an overheat protection system that will automatically turn off the unit if it overheats due to any obstruction of the grids. If this happens, unplug the appliance, wait for 30 minutes for it to cool down, and remove the obstruction. Once the obstruction is removed, plug the unit back in and turn it on as described in the manual. If the problem persists, contact the nearest customer service for assistance.

NOTE: After pressing the ‘OFF’ button on the control panel, the fan will continue to blow cool air for 30-60 seconds before shutting down to standby. This feature assists in maintaining the internal components of the heater.

SAFETY SYSTEM

  • This heater has a safety device – it will automatically shut down the appliance in case of abnormal heating. After a brief cooling-down period, the appliance will be ready for use again.
  • If the above defect persists, unplug and contact the authorized supplier.
  • To prevent overheating, do not touch or cover the air outlet during use.
  • This unit is fitted with a tip-over switch. Do not use on thick and long pile carpets – the tip-over switch may not work.

MAINTENANCE

  • Before cleaning and maintenance, switch off and unplug the appliance.
  • Clean the housing with a slightly damp cloth, vacuum cleaner or dusting brush.
  • Never use flammable or abrasive cleaning agents (e.g. benzene or spirit) to clean the appliance.
  • Never submerge the appliance in water.
  • Regularly clean the air inlet and outlet with a vacuum cleaner.
  • If the appliance is not in use for long periods, it must be protected from excessive dust and dirt. Do this by storing the heater in a dry place, away from sunlight and dirt.
