Remove machine from storage tray

Remove dirty water tank by pressing down on recessed button on top of tank

Select a cleaning mode to turn machine on, feel for suction strength at the motor vents
- If no suction Contact Us
- If suction is strong, turn off and unplug machine

Empty dirty water tank by grabbing top of tank in recessed area on each side of float stack
- Pour dirty water and debris out
- Check dirty water tank for any cracks or damage
- If tank is cracked or damaged, it should be replaced

Remove filter from float stack and clear it of debris

Hand wash filter with warm water

Rinse float and clear debris
- Make sure float moves up and down smoothly
-
Allow float, filter, and dirty tank to dry completely

Clear any clogs in debris pathway
-
Put dirty water tank back in machine
- Insert the bottom first
- Push the top back into machine until it clicks
-
Remove nozzle from foot of machine by pulling up on both sides
- Check for any cracks or damage to nozzle
- If cracked or damaged, order a replacement nozzle
-
Clean out nozzle using nozzle clean out tool and rinse it with warm water

Clear suction gasket of debris
-
Put nozzle back on machine
- Line up tabs on front edges of foot and push nozzle into place until click
-
Choose express or deep clean mode to turn machine on
-
Test for suction
- If there is still no suction, Contact Us
