[Dual Temp] key
This coffee extraction menu setting is designed to bring out the full
characteristics of specialty grade beans. This method extracts coffee at two
temperatures: beginning by brewing at high temperature and then changing to
low-temperature brewing midway through the process.
Adjustable menu settings
The flavor and strength can each be set to one of three levels to brew coffee with the desired taste.

The flavor is affected by the quality of the beans and may differ from expected taste depending on the settings.
When using the appliance for the first time
- Wash all parts other than the main unit. → Instruction Manual P. 16
- Rinse the path inside the main unit with hot water. → Instruction Manual P. 18
Making coffee
Install the water pumping pipe and filter onto the lower cylinder.
Use the provided measuring spoon to add coffee grounds on top of the filter.
Caution
Make sure no coffee grounds fall into the water pumping pipe or under the
filter.
Failure to do so may result in a malfunction or water leakage.
Guidelines for adding coffee grounds

Extract 240 mL when using Dual Temp.
Align the tabs on the joint bottom with the marks on the lower cylinder.
Add water to the upper cylinder and close the lid.
Attach the upper cylinder to the joint.

Align the ● mark on the upper cylinder with the ● mark on the lock bar to attach.

Turn past the ● mark on the joint frame.
Install the tray and tray cover to the main unit and connect the plug to an
outlet.
Install the cylinder unit onto the main unit and turn the lock bar in the
direction of the arrow to lock the cylinder unit in place.
Using the adjustable menu settings
Press the flavor selection keys and strength selection keys to select the flavor and strength, and then press the [Start|Stop] key.
Using the recommended menu setting
Press the [Dual Temp] key and then the [Start|Stop] key.
When coffee extraction is complete, three long beeps will sound. Pull the
pouring bar to pour the coffee.
When two short beeps repeatedly sound every three seconds after coffee extraction.
This is a notification that mineral component removal is necessary.
Clean with citric acid after use. → Instruction Manual P. 18
The mineral components in water build up within the main unit over time.
It is recommended to clean with citric acid once a month to continue to make
delicious coffee.
