Unplug vacuum

Run hand along entire length of power cord, it should be smooth

Check plug for damage
- If either the cord (not smooth or exposed wires) or plug (prongs) are damaged, Contact Us

Check to see if outlet is working:
- Test this by plugging in a cell phone charger or small appliance
- If no power to outlet, test a different outlet in a separate room
- Reset circuit breaker if needed
- If machine still does not have power, Contact Us

Verify the charger being used for the stick vacuum is model number SSC-180085US
- This information is located on the front of the charger and on the white sticker on the bottom side of the hand vacuum

Test machine is charging correctly, plug it direct into back of the handle

Charging time is 4 hours for a full charge

- If there are no lights or the red light continues to blink, please Contact Us
