PHILIPS AVENT Sippy Cup
For the safety and health of your child
WARNING!
- Frequent and long-term suctioning of liquids causes tooth decay.
- Always check the temperature of the food before feeding.
- Discard the product immediately at the first signs of damage or wear.
- Keep all components that are not in use out of the reach of children.
- Never attach the product to cords, ribbons, laces or similar parts clothes. The child can choke.
- Never use a feeding pacifier as a comforting pacifier.
- Always use the product under the supervision of an adult.
The pot with the mouthpiece is intended for the use of diluted drinks. Thick,
effervescent or pulpy drinks can block the valve, causing it to burst or leak.
The spouted pot is not intended for preparing infant formula. Pot with do not
use the mouthpiece to prepare and mix infant formula, as this it can clog the
openings and cause the pot to leak. No upper lip screw too tightly onto the
pot with the mouthpiece. Do not place the pot with the mouthpiece in smearer.
The pot with the mouthpiece is also suitable for sterilization with electric
sterilizer or in a microwave oven. Parts of a pot with a mouthpiece sterilize
only with a microwave sterilizer or microwaves Philips Avent sterilization
bags (SCF297). Front pot with mouthpiece hand to the child, make sure that all
parts are assembled correctly. For we do not recommend using a microwave to
heat baby food or drinks ovens. Microwaves can destroy valuable nutrients in
food and drink and can generate high temperatures in certain parts. If you
decide use the microwave oven, heated food and drink always with care stir to
heat evenly throughout, and before serving check the temperature. hot liquids
must cool before pouring them
into a pot with a mouthpiece to prevent burns. Into the microwave place only
the container without the valve, threaded ring, mouthpiece and lid. Do not
allow children to play with small parts or while walking/running they use
bottles or pots. Remaining breast milk after feeding always discard. Inspect
the product and the feeding pacifier before each use or drag the mouthpiece in
all directions. At the first signs of damage or wear, the product discard
immediately. Do not use the teat/mouthpiece and handles with glass bottle.
Before first use
Disassemble all parts, clean and then sterilize them for 5 minutes boil in boiling water or sterilize in a Philips Avent sterilizer. With that ensure hygiene.
Assembling
Always assemble and disassemble the mouthpiece pot as shown in figure v this user manual.
Cleaning and storage
Clean all parts before each use to ensure hygiene. After each one use, disassemble all parts, wash in warm water with some washing-up liquid washing dishes, remove any food residue and rinse thoroughly. Then sterilize the parts in a Philips Avent sterilizer or boil them 5 minutes. Wash your hands thoroughly and make sure surfaces are clean before come into contact with sterilized components. During boiling water sterilization make sure that the parts do not touch the side of the container. You can do that causes irreparable deformation of the product, defects or damage for which Philips is not responsible. Food coloring can discolor parts. This product can be washed in the dishwasher. Do not put the product in a heated oven. Do not place parts of the container on surfaces with antibacterial or abrasive cleaning agents or should not touch them. We recommend that you change the mouthpieces every 3 months. Keep the mouthpieces dry and closed loan. Do not leave the pacifier or mouthpiece in direct sunlight light or heat. Do not leave it in the disinfectant (sterilizing solution) either longer than recommended as this can cause wear and tear.

Bottle parts and Philips Avent pots can be exchanged and created as needed the product that suits you best. All Philips Avent pots and bottles Natural and Philips Avent are compatible, with the exception of glass bottles and potty My First Big Kid Cup/Grown Up Cup (SCF78X).
